The application is a disgrace, they charged me 400€ in usage charges that were incorrect and when I claimed them they have invented conversations to not return the money, very disappointed. The best is to use the Wp Api through the bm. If anyone needs advice do not hesitate to write to tubuddhashop@gmail.com

This app has generated interference with the code of my theme causing the photo of the products not to be shown, which is really disastrous. I have tried to contact the developer of the app and have not received any response. Now I do not know how to solve the problem, it is really a horror to have installed this app because of the interference with the code of the store and on top of that they do not respond.

Not even a star if there is an option. Many functions cannot load, already emailed them for months, paying but still unable to use them. Take months to respond or even not respond. So piss off!

They shove pop-ups into your theme then support never answers to support removing it & you cannot remove it from the settings. bad app

Avoid it! Bugs, bad support and don't refound saing that you accept the policies. and stop sending trash mail, no unsubscription option. totally illegal

No tiene soporte, deberían tener soporte inmediato por whatsapp, pero los correos que responden tienen una respuesta muy demorada y no resuelven ninguna duda. Deberían tener un buen soporte, ya que los recargos por mensajes enviados son altos, y eso que es adicional a la suscripción. Buscaré otras opciones.

Que onda con su pop up? ni siquiere lo traducen en varios idiomas, muy mala actualizacion que hicieron, decepcionado.

This is the worst support experience I have ever had in my life, they updated their application and have not been able to solve their failures, even though they have been sent emails with videos explaining them, they can't solve it,

TODAYS's UPDATE: THIS IS THE WORST APP. IT ONLY HURTS OUR BUSINESS. Now the reconfirmation Link does not work in the case of COD. The APP Support is gone from IOS and ANDROID ALL OF A SUDDEN. We can even log into the account with our Shopify Store ID. It says Bad Gateway error 502. The customers are annoyed, and we lose business. We have been using it for a while, but the problem persists, and we are still waiting for someone to help. If someone is ordering a CASH ON DELIVERY -- why should ve request to make the payment saying the payment is pending? When someone places a COD order, they get a message to reconfirm; once they do, they do not get any message saying the order is confirmed. Because of this, customers get annoyed and cancel orders. Just looking for a different alternative. Abandoned Cart Template: Hi {{customer_name}}, the payment for your order of {{currency}} {{total}} from {{shop_name}} is still pending. Click the link to complete the payment and confirm your order {{checkout_url}}. This APP ONLY increased our ABANDONED RATE. We had to stop the ABANDONED CART Automation. The only good thing about this app is that it gives WhatsApp opt-in numbers. We had written many emails,s and the concern was always transferred to the tech team with NO SOLUTIONS AT ALL, so we have to write this review.

Mala, no me deja ingresar a la prueba gratis y la pagina queda en blanco, así que no puedo configurar el boton de whats app. Es muy frustrante porque por mas que actualice la pagina vuelve a quedar en blanco

Old version was great. The new version is garbage for small businesses. They changed the app to be suitable only for large businesses despite most Shopify customers are small businesses.

We used this app for over a year and it worked super well. However they changed their plan and didn't let us know over email. The app stopped working and we learned from our customers.... ON TOP OF THAT, THEY INSERTED A POP UP IN OUR CART PAGE that STOPPED OUR CUSTOMERS FROM PROGRESSING TO CHECKOUT. We never signed up for any pop up, never allowed it. In summary, we had a 90% DROP in our checkout process. This app directly impacted our sales today negatively (our sales dropped 90% vs our daily average).

Utilizo no momento o chat Whatsapp. Muitos reclamam que deveria utilizar chat próprio, mas discordo. Tenho gostado muito desse chat whatsapp e tem me atendido muito bem. O fato de voce personalizar todo o conteudo também é um fator que qualifica ainda mais. Super recomendo!

This is the worst app so far I came across. They don't even care or solve merchant issues. They don't even have a call support and they don't respond to mails. I have to wait for many days to resolve any issues.

I have used this app for 3 years, 2 years were ok. Now this app automaticly changed my settings and more of USD 300 was stolen by them with messages that I never authorized
