Hi there! We are very greatful with the developers from this app! After a long search in all the shopify app store, we found this could be the one. And it is! 100% It was very easy to install it, it tooks us like 10 minutes, the basic feature of having the WhatsApp icon is 100% free and also customizable. I recommend it 100% congratulations!

Connected several times for resolution of issue but getting no response. Very poor after-sales support. Not recommended

Recién estoy probándola en versión free y desde ya me parece lo máximo, es lo que buscaba, super amigable y con opciones suficientes para ésta versión como para iniciar cualquier business. Felicitaciones al equipo que está detrás de ésto y millones de gracias

No aparece en móviles, es la segunda vez que la instalo después de 6 meses y solo ha funcionado 5 min. pasa lo mismo que antes, aparece en ordenadores pero no en móviles, tengo puesta la opción de que aparezca en los dos lugares. si mañana sigue así la desinstalo y nunca mas.

I am amazed that this app can exist for free... The UI is gorgeous. Setup time (for chat only) is about 10 minutes. I installed it in one of the shops I co-own that sells high ticket items. This way we can answer questions and help to convert our visitors to purchasers. Thank you.

I used this app to add whatsapp button to my shopify app. So far so good and for a novice it was pretty simple

The app didn't work at all. No WhatsApp messages were sent to the abandoned carts and still we were charged $9.99 If the app is not working, then were we charged just for installing the app? In the app's dashboard it is mentioned - "We are facing issue in sending Automated messages for abandoned cart template messages. We are working on resolving this. Apologies for the inconvenience caused. Appreciate your patience." Basically, they themselves are saying the app is not working right now. So Why are you charging us for it? If this review had an image upload feature, I would have added the screenshot with all the proofs. This is not done!! I request a refund.

Horrible. Unable to disable automated messages from sending. I would ultimately like to close my account with this app but I'm starting to think that isn't even an option. All contact/email links take me to a blank screen. How does this app have such a high rating? This is ridiculous!!!!!

We use for chat and share and so fare the experience is very good. Also support is great so we reccomend it.
