Great app and super helpful support!

This is a great app to use if you are looking to add more options to your products. I just started using it for my website and it does exactly what I was looking for and then some! It's also easy to learn how to use, they show you exactly what to do and it's simple to navigate. It's fairly easy to get it installed into your store, I had some trouble though, but the support team was of great help and fixed my problems for me within a few hours after I notified them of the issues. I highly recommend it!!

The app 1/2 works... After the order, the options selected do not import into accounting software nor do they print out when using order printer software... the only place you can verify the options the customer selects is by looking in your shopify account. This creates a lot of extra work by verifying things.

Nice App - allows drag and drop and edit from there _ Only thing to be aware is conditional links seem to be lost with name edits ... But overall great

I will get into trouble for swearing here, but I am an idiot when it comes to IT, get frustrated because I don't understand something, swearing at inanimate objects that sort of stuff, and had done that process with another options app, thought I would give this a go and the guys are ABSOLUTELY FU**ING AWESOME! honestly, you read stuff about good customer support, think yeah right, bull****, but, and i know i am sounding like I work for them, and i did get excited about the help the Shopify elves gave me as well (in fact the only two times I have written reviews are for things on Shopify. So well fucking done Shopify. i think) anyway, where was I - yes, Justin from these dudes, they absolutely rock, did customisations really quick, put up with my clearly deranged ignorant nonsense and just did what anyone should do (delete) and still helped me out - brilliant. buy their shit (I assume they do other stuff)

I was using another free product options app but realised it didn't support custom logic and I also couldn't charge for additional options as I wanted. After some research I found the W3 Custom Product Options app. At first I was wary as I didn't want to add another monthly charge to my site, but it was cheaper than the competing apps, has all the requirements I need and it offers a 7 day free trial so I decided to give it a try. I am confident making small changes to my themes code, so was able to install this myself. However, to get it looking like I wanted, and to ensure all the information appeared in my cart and notifications I got help from the W3 Custom Product Options team. If you are not confident fiddling with your code the installation service is definitely worth it. Their customer service is fantastic, I worked with Justin and he made sure everything on my site looked as I wanted and tested everything thoroughly! Will certainly keep the app and am happy to pay the $8.99 a month, worth every penny.

A product is only as good as it's support...and these guys really are the best around. The product works really really well for our needs compared to other options out there, but their stellar support is what sold us on it. VERY IMPRESSIVE guys...keep it up!

Easy to install and setup, especially compared to some of the others I looked at. Support has been phenomenal - very fast and super helpful each time!

Really easy to use custom options app ! Tried a few and this one is the best by far. All I was looking for (conditional logic, added products) was included, UX is very good, price is reasonable, setup for 25$ quick & perfect. Really good app.

The customer service for this app is second to none! They have helped me every step of the way while I was setting up and resolved all my issues promptly. Honestly some of the best customer service I have received from any shopify app, would recommend to anyone.

Très bonne application ! Les options proposées par shopify directement, avec le thème que j'ai choisi pour mon site, ne suffisaient pas pour gérer la vente de mon produit. J'ai trouvé cette application de customisation de produit qui conviens tout à fait à mes attentes et qui permet d'ajouter une plus-value sur mes produits. IL FAUT CEPENDANT PREVOIR QUE LE DEPLOIEMENT DE CETTE APPLICATION DEVRA ETRE FAITE PAR W3 (25$ supplémentaire). En effet le fait de devoir modifier des lignes de code HTML n'est pas trivial pour tout le monde et qui plus est si votre site internet est construit autour d'un thème personnalisé. Cela dit, le service après vente (le support) est réactif, disponible et prendra le temps d'adapter l'application pour votre site web sans coût supplémentaire (jusqu’à maintenant pour moi). Je suis, pour le moment, tout à fait satisfait de cette application et la recommande volontiers.

BLOWS BOLD AP AWAY! We have been fighting and searching high and low to find an ap that allowed us to offer more options than Shopify's ridiculous cap of 100 variants. We tried Bold which is one of the largest AP companies on shopify and their options ap was NOT even formatted for mobile devices..WHAT THE HELL? I mean 82% of our customers shop and buy on mobile devices. 2. This ap is super super simple to use and integrated into our store theme with no problem. They offer a professional instal for only $25.00 WELL WORTH the money to get it done quickly and correctly. 3. At only 8.99 a month the Price is unbelievably fair for what you get! 4. This allows us to offer value package and bundles to our customer they they can choose from say 10 different options plus they can also customize their own shirts, hats and bundles as well as offering personalization on stickers and engraving on key chains ect. 5. GAME CHANGER for us! Now instead of having pre set value packages they can now choose from countless options and this drives revenue way up. We have been using it for less than 48 hours and already seen a jump when we offered the product options on several of our packages. I highly recommend this ap simple easy and best of all it WORKS the way it's supposed to!!!

Superb customer service and having only used the app for a few days it seems to work seamlessly. Setting up the elements was very straight forward and provides a great user friendly experience for the customer. There are many options available to customise your products and add extra value where required. The team at W3 went above and beyond to ensure the app fit into my theme and looked like it has been hard coded. My web developers actually commented on it to say it was a fantastic application. Extremely good service and very helpful as you know most apps always have slight issues and brad helped me Perfect the app for my website free of charge and won a long term customer. Multi currency was no issue with all the added prices and a much cheaper option then the others you cant go wrong here. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
