This has proven the best program on shopify if you are a retailer with products that need many different kinds of options, some required, some optional, some text boxes needed for measurements, etc. The interface also makes it easy to attach more than 1 product to the set of options instead of having to edit each individual product. From a customer stand-point, the design and interface is easy to choose and see the added prices for different options, etc. Finally, their customer service has been a huge help! I had entered code incorrectly and they went in and made the fix for me for no charge. I highly recommend W3 as your options editor.

This app is wonderful & functions straight out of the box. It's resolved all of our "variant" / customisable product issues (an area where Shopify really lags behind) & even inspired us to add a few new products, just because we can (those conditional fields are so useful!) Brad, Jason and the support team really went above & beyond to help out with a (very specific) request we had for our store - added a minor code tweak for us & got it done within 24 hours. Amazing service. Cannot recommend this app enough.

Exactly what I was looking for without charging extra for each of the things I needed like conditional logic for my listings. I use a lot of customization in my pet items and needed something they could easily fill out in the listings without having to supply all the information in the notes on check-out. I had a little trouble as my theme didn't have all the coding but the guys helped me out immediately and with amazing customer service! Definitely will keep this one around for a long time! I have a heavily modded website and for weeks I was trying to find just the right app that looked and acted the way I wanted it. Jason from W3 made the customization exactly how I imagined it to be, and even though it took us some mails to figure out the details - everything was done in less than 6 hours. Very helpful support---they helped me figure out a problem I was having on our website and worked me until we figured it out!

It took a while to figure out because the video tutorial doesn't go in depth but after I emailed a couple of questions and played around with it I found it easy to use and so far has been able to accommodate my needs.

Had an issue getting the app integrated into my liquid files, and I heard back within an hour or so of contacting support! They fixed everything for me within another hour, and I am up and running and super excited about the flexibility this gives for customizable products within my shop. Three cheers and five stars!

Really great easy to use app. I tried all the other apps (yes, even the one from Bold) to add unlimited product options with conditional logic and this one was the easiest, quickest and worked beautifully. The others had a ton of coding, very slow and expensive. I had some setup questions and needed a bit of help and within a day their tech support answered and fixed everything for me quickly. I was very impressed. Will definitely be adding more apps from this company. Don't be fooled by longer trial periods or huge reviews, its all smoke and mirrors. Stick to simple, good apps that actually work well without taxing your system and resources. 5+ rating!! Highly recommended.

app DID NOT work as advertised. i wrote them for support and their only answer was to pay them 25 bucks to install it for me. i paid the 25$ installation and it still didnt work. i wrote them multiple times to fix it and its been a week and they have not gotten back to me. awful company. bad service. non-functioning app. DO NOT BUY THIS APP.

Really nice app! I'm not familiar with Shopify's codes and scripts, but W3 made it really simple! I sell fully customizable products so I needed a form builder and this app delivered.
