Don't look any further for a product options app! Justin and the team at W3 are incredibly responsive and helped me resolve numerous issues I was having with my store. And they are in the USA so when you make a request the communication is clear and concise. A+++!!!

Been using this app for a little while now and I am very pleased with it. The app does exactly what it states it will do and is easy to use. If there is something that you need help with the support team for this app are very responsive and friendly and will be sure you are taken care of. If you are in need of add on options for your Shopify products I would highly recommend this app.

We installed this app to allow us to have customisable products. The app itself is relatively easy to setup and getting your custom product fields designed and implemented is very straight forward. We did have some issues with our theme conflicting with the app, but the support team worked extensively with us to resolve this issues and solve the problem. Great app to extend Shopify's own functionality and excellent support service :)

Love the app. Very easy to use and set up. W3 support is excellent. They respond very fast to fix any issue.

I hate this app. I had a developer add it for me and when I went to set it up, it was way too time consuming to add all the options and add the "conditional logic". After you set up the conditional logic, lets say you have 20 product options with different price amounts, you then have to create 20 new products with those product prices and it's just a mess. Huge time waster and I have been spending my money on this app for the past few months till I launched and now have to start over. Wish I had looked into it earlier on.

So far the best product options app I've used/tried. And I've tried A LOT! They did a great job at making sure to add all the little awesome details you need to make your online store work seamlessly. I would 100% recommend this (and will) to anyone. I also LOVE the fact that I can call them on the phone if need be for help. That is so rare now a days. It's SUPER helpful!

We look at a lot of product option apps to fulfill our needs to add monogram fields to our products and W3 Product Options was the best fit. Justin gave amazing fast support during our trial period to ensure it would work and the fee was better than other apps out there. We also use the Product accessories app by W3 and have been happy with them all around!

The best thing about this app is the customer service! Every time I need something new or different, they respond right away. The last time I needed to know how to integrate this app with order printer and not only did they tell me how to do it, they went ahead and did it for me when I told them I was inept with code. I use this app to add a monogram box with a fee to my items. I tried other apps first but this one works best. Totally worth the small monthly fee.

This app has been super helpful in dealing with our relatively complex product options. W3 was also really great about addressing small issues so we can get the most out of the app. Highly recommended for both functionality and support!

I was having an issue where when adding a 'Compare at' price, the product options would disappear. The w3 team (specifically Justin Smith) looked into it for us and found that the issue was actually the theme itself. Even though it was not their responsibility at that point, they still took care of it for us so that our site could function properly. I highly recommend!

I've tried other custom product options apps before. This ones suits us best. It does not wreck themes with too much extra code. Product works perfectly for our purposes, which is adding some customer customization options for extra cost. Great support that looked into all issues I was having and read my mind in customizing my theme. Highly recommended!

We've been using this app for almost 2 years now, and it's been great. The support always responds if any issues arise, and the app has helped us provide a essential functionality to our website.

So far so good! Great way to bundle my necklaces with a choice of chain Update: App works great. I have no complaints. Only thing on my "wish list" would be to add photos to the options. But for the price it can't be beat.

Nice app to use, takes a bit of getting used to. The help from the team is excellent as well if you have any problems! Would recommend his app over the competitors which I have previously used
