I went through 2 other customization apps before I found this one. It includes vital options that others did not, such as displaying add-on costs during checkout. Very easy to install and manage! The customer service has been outstanding as well. It would be nice to have the ability to edit personalized options in Cart, but either way I would highly recommend this app!

Shopify defaults to 3 levels of product options, and lets you create variants along those 3 planes. I needed to offer customization on 4 levels, and CPO has been OUTSTANDING in that capacity. It's so versatile, that I even offered a 5th aspect of customization that has an upcharge. Not only is the app versatile, it includes extensive easy-to-implement instructions. And the one time I hit a snag using snippets, their support team quickly helped me out with easy communication and intuitive understanding of a shop-owners needs. Worth every penny!

Great app Great support not much else to say I would definitely get this over other option based apps just for the support alone.

This app is perfect for what I needed! Manually installing the app was pretty easy overall, but adjusting some of the functionalities of the app to better fit your site is tricky if you don’t have experience with coding. The support team was great with helping and fast! Thanks again!

This app is imperative to our operations and works perfectly! With so many different options to add personalization or options to products in such an easy way. Even better than the app... if that is possible; is the customer support. The W3 team is quick to reply, fix issues, build extra functions (at a very reasonable rate) and always go above and beyond!

The APP is easy to use and accommodates all my needs to offer personalized gifts to my customers. After 2 years of proven quality, we decided to upgrade the look of the app to expand our personalize collection. Brad finds the best solution for my request and implemented beautifully exceeding our most elevated expectations. Would definitely work with him again and highly recommend Custom Product Options App!

It's a bit wonky to understand at first, but the options work great and are fully customizable. The up-charges with products also works great and functions with variants so you don't have to fill up your product list with a bunch of options. They also assisted with integrating the code into my store seamlessly. Haven't yet touched the image editor yet; excited to see how that works. But so far, this has been a great app!

Awesome app! Lots of customization abilities however, it may be a little frustrating at times - not user friendly - and while it may seem that you need some coding experience at times, support is extremely helpful in helping you through all of the jargon. Very happy about this app!

App is great and easy to use. Customer service is top notch. Emails and even live calls were answered promptly. I had issues with the options not listed properly in email notifications and packing slip. Justin from the help center took care of everything. Very nice, efficient and patient. Thank you!!!

must be the third time have used this over the last few years, and everytime I am just amazed how patient with fucking idiots the support team are. They don't make you feel like a moron for failing to follow instructions, they sort your problem out as if it was the first time anyone had the problem, they do it freakishly quickly and just bring a bit of joy into the world. The product itself is the dog's cock of the product builder products, so yep, five fucking stars it is, and I cannot see how anyone could give them less. Maybe I have been lucky or particularly pathetic and inspire pity, but the dudes who did the WhatsApp one were super cool, in fact I haven't met a prick of app person, coder, whatever - they all seem pretty fucking cool, but I think they all smoke a lot of weed, which might explain it. The app is great, the interface is simple and the capabilities match the product description. More than that though, the team at W3 Trends was outstanding, quick to respond, went above and beyond and really came through in the end. This app helped me create a "Skateboard Builder" where customers can use drop downs to select the skateboard color and designs, while changing them in real time. I haven't been able to find another app that has these capabilities. While there are occasionally a few bugs you have to look the other way on for now, it still works great. Their knowledge base is lacking, however the support email (Specifically, Megan who helped me) has been super quick to respond and help me out with my numerous questions. Megan ruined my store. Do not install this app as they will not understand what you need, even if you tell them 100 times in the most basic of terms, including video examples. I grew exhausted trying to get an answer from these guys, and never got any that made sense.There is way too much wrong with this app and the service, I won't even.

This app is very intuitive compared to other apps I tried. Megan was super quick to respond and help me to get it to do perform exactly as I needed it. We needed the conditional logic and that works great. I would highly recommend.

I like this app a lot. I jumped from BOLD to W3 and am not looking back. Here are my key points -Best product options app for Shopify -Simplest Interface, very intuitive -The ability to copy and paste long lists of options -Simple conditional Logic -Great support Our products support a ton of variation. The biggest challenge we have is the need to support a fairly large make/model structure, with 20 or so “make” options conditionally showing about 300 total models. Building this out was so tedious in the BOLD offering and a pain to maintain/edit. With this app, we simply maintain a spreadsheet of all of our options, and then copy/paste the entire list in. SO MUCH FASTER! The interface is l much cleaner, the logical structure/relationships are much more intuitive, and has a much lower learning curve than others I have tested. This was the last vestige of BOLD apps being on our store and I’m glad to have found a replacement. It's great to finally ditch the bad UI I’ve found in every BOLD App. UPDATE 2/19/19 You can't beat the customer support and responsiveness of W3Trends. They just did some custom work for me on this app, charged me a fair price, and had it finished in less than a day. They will be my go-to team for any future shopify development.

The support is A++ I moved from another app after nothing but poor performance and no support. These guys are very happy to help get things up and running smoothly!

The app worked fine, and the price-point was good. We used it in our company for 6 months and moved to a different apps that offered photos with the add on items / swatches.

If you are looking for a solution for your custom product options, look no further - seriously. I went through roughly 3-4 apps and several RFPs with web developers trying to figure out a solution for what I needed and this was the only one with the proper functionality at the right price. Once you get a hang of it, its extremely user friendly. And, for anything you might not be able to get the hang of, their team is always available to help. Every question I have ever had has been answered within 24 hours by a real member of their team, and every issue I ran into was always resolved. Love these guys and so thankful that I found them! Also - I noticed another reviewer mentioned that they could not install the app and that it was a 'trap'. I completely disagree. I'm no web developer and I had zero issues embedding the code for this into my theme using W3's detailed step-by-step directions.
