I would give this app 10 stars if I could. I did a lot of research before choosing this app for customizing your products. The products I will be selling have a lot of options, and the image customizer feature combined with all the various product options is exactly what I had been searching for. There are tons of quick how to articles and video tutorials to help you get the hang of using all the features. I have reached out an emailed the team about 2 issues so far: the image customizer had not auto installed properly on my Shopify theme, and then when I started using the accordion groups I wanted them to be closed when you go to my products. I received timely responses, and exceptional service. Highly recommend!

Just doing a theme upgrade and APP support was brilliant. I have used this App now for a few years and it does actually get me sales. Love the conditional logic which makes it easier to customise to my personal needs and customer demographics.

I've been using this app for five years now. This is not a review from a new user - that's five years of using the app, tweaking the app. And enjoying it. First off - the interface is tricky. But it is incredibly powerful. And it just works. Zero downtime. To quote Ron Popeil, this is truly "set it and forget it". Over the years, I've had occasion to ask the W3 people for help on several occasions. Quick to respond, accurate answers. They've solved my problems EVERY SINGLE TIME. Sometimes it's a tweak to my website to get the result I want and they make it happen. I give them permission through Shopify, and for a very minor fee I get the result I'm looking for. Like most apps, once you get the hang of it, it's great. They have good help videos, and I am pleased with how it works and how it looks on my website.

I LOVE this app - having tried many product option apps, this is by far the easiest and most straight forward to use. I needed to have the app installed after updating my theme and it was done within a few days and functioning perfectly. Customer service was so friendly and nothing too much trouble :)

I went through an extensive evaluation of the top 5 custom product options apps and W3 Trends exceeded my expectations. These apps are NOT all the same, and neither are the teams that deliver them. The app is great, the interface is simple and the capabilities match the product description. More than that though, the team at W3 Trends was outstanding, quick to respond, went above and beyond and really came through in the end. Literally the best customer service I have ever experienced. This app should have solved all of my problems, but for some reason it wasn't working quite right (it ended up being something in my own code, not anything from the app). These guys spent HOURS trying to track down the issue, and kept me updated the whole time. The app itself is great, but the service can't be beat.

Needed to create a long list of check boxes inside a product listing before a customer was able to add to cart. This works perfectly. Thanks!

Terrible service, when i ask to fix the problem from the app Changes the price on the product page when an option with an upcharge is selected, changes the item price in the cart to include all upchrage products, and install image customizer. their only answer was to pay 187.5$ to fix it bad service. non-functioning app. DO NOT BUY THIS APP.

This app is brilliant, I have tried other custom apps and this one is miles ahead. Very user friendly and fits into our theme absolutely seamlessly. If you get stuck anywhere along the way the support team are very helpful and so quick at getting issues ironed out . Feels like you are dealing with nice genuine people instead of the usual robot replies we are all used to these days . 5 stars for sure !

Great company, great support. I've been using this app for a couple of months. I couldn't ask for better support. This company immediately identified a problem I was having, assisted me in getting it resolved. I highly recommend this company if you have products that need a lot of options to configure.

Support does not exist for this app. They send us an email with 3 video link which did not help to resolve our problem. The app could not be set properly and worst, it brings but to the cart page.

I had been struggling to fix my store and having difficulty figuring out some issues that were causing errors with the appl. I spent time with Justin who help me fix a few simple things and now this app is doing exactly what I need it to do. Thank you for your help. This app works perfectly for my store!

I've tried most of the Custom product options apps there are on the app store, and this one is by far the one that suited my need most. The live preview, conditional logic and extra costs on options let you create just about everything you need. The user interface is quite user-friendly in my opinion, and if you have any questions or problems, the support team is very responsive and friendly. It may require a tiny bit of coding to entirely customize some details of your own options, but if I managed it, so can you! Thanks again Justin and Megan for helping me throughout my journey :)

Love this app. Really helps my customers walk through our ordering process very seamlessly. There are so many options to make everything very clear.

Great app, better support. Does what I need it to do, and support goes above and beyond to help when asked.

This app is really a winner. Despite a UI from the 80s in Russia, it is super flexible and most of all compatible with wholesale portal as the way they handle the cost of the options is unique. That is the reason I am using it. We have more than 400 paintings and 1400 variants. I needed an app to manage the sell of the frame option. Do not know if it can help others but with this app, I created first the master combinations (ex:40x40cm and 100x100cm to cover all scenarios of my catalogue of products, Then I created the 'slave' visual option for each dimension by associating a picture of the 3 different colours of my frames to a hidden product. By doing this, when someone is clicking ont he picture, it is looking at the correct frame dimension and associate cost). Trust me, it is just wonderful and it is the only app that was able to do that without managing a stock or creating virtual variants (that pollute you interface). To make it work, I then created the logics for the master combinaison saying that it must be display on each products page only of the tag XXXxXXXcm is use. In order to automatically add the this tag on the products, I just installed an auto-tag app creating a logic to use the variant name (ie 40x40cm) as a tag...and bing ! everything is automatic. It is still a good day of work to setup everything but trust me, this W3 option app is magic. So why only 4 stars on not 5 ? Simply because the support team just disappeared. They were amazing when I installed the app few months ago but recently I add an issue when we launch our website (critical moment) and the app was not displaying properly on mobile. I had to deactivate it (= loss of $) and after a couple of days without answers, I finally received an email that they will investigate...then no more answers to my 3 follow-up emails. I finally found the issue by myself as I understood the situation with them was hopeless (it was conflict with another app) . At this day, I still waiting for a message from them. I even told them I can told them which kind of app is in conflict so it can help others clients but they seem not interested. I was just hoping more reactivity especially when you GO LIVE and have hundreds of people visiting the website. So just be careful and double check with them first if they are available for your project. If no answer, you better have to find an alternative as you need their support to install (if not basic theme) and to understand the 'soviet' UI :) Hope they will get back on track soon and focus again on this app (indeed, I assume they are busy with new apps they released).

By far the best app that ive used. Ive used almost everyother product options app, none of them do what this does.

I was searching for an app that let me put customization options on my UNIQUE one of a kind products, this app truly NAILED the bill. Simple enough to navigate and use, the FAQ is very helpful and the Customer Support is top notch. Had an issue come up *not with the app itself, just with my lack of knowledge* and they replied to my request very quickly and got it resolved. Let's me put all the customization options I need on my products and functions very well! Would recommend.

The customer service is responsive with this app. It's a good thing because you might need it; my Shopify Theme could not use the Automatic Installation. However, Justin installed it manually for me within an hour of my request, and they did answer a plethora of questions I asked before I was able to set it up successfully on a Copy of our site before I reuploaded the Copy to the LIVE area. (By the way, a Shopify tech told me that APPS would not work unless they were on the LIVE site. WRONG! I got better info about Shopify from the folks at W3Trends! Thank you, Justin!) The reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is for two reasons: 1. The dashboard usability could be a bit clearer. Even though there are video tutorials, some actions happening on the screen were not made clear in the narration. 2. You can't use apostrophes in your titles above text boxes. Sometimes, ya just gotta have apostrophes. I had to change my verbiage to comply with the code. I understand, from over 20 years of working with my business parnter (in a separate business), who is a programmer, code can't always handle apostrophes, but there are ways around that. Now we'll see if people will use the function to add a NAME to their purchased products we have to honor nurses, doctors, military, firefighters, and police. Note that within the APP portal, you can use HTML to text you may want to add below your actual text boxes. I added RED and BOLDING to some fonts so people will readily see instructions as to how to give us the Titles and Ranks for NAMES, or just the NAMES they want on their products. Overall, great job, folks! Thank you for all of your patience and help.

This app works great for me to add upgraded options to a stock product. I was having some trouble with the conditional logic settings and hiding drop down options. I was directed to tutorials to fix all of my issues quickly and easily. Every question I had - they were able to answer and help me find the solution and I had it up and running perfectly on my store within 4 hours.
