Geweldige vertalings app voor Shopify. Geweldig geholpen door de support (Clara) en ik ben nu met mijn webshop helemaal gereed om uit te breiden binnen Europa.

Excellent App, the value for money is high, the instant online help is a best and not to be underestimated. It is full of settings to satisfy I believe all possible needs (at least mine) and with the precious online help of Polaris the procedure was simple and quick and I resolved all my doubts. I recommend it without reserve

I had a problem with my store. My store was constantly Refreshing but it's solved now . Eleanor was great. She was able to handle my problem very quickly. She answered me very quickly. Nothing to say, incredible quality of service thank you Again Eleanor !

When I first started using the app I had two or three questions and turned to support. The experience was fantastic. Giselle resolved all situations in a friendly way and from then on I started using the App without any further difficulties. So far I can conclude that it is the best translation app I have ever tried.

Had a problem setting up transcy with my store. Asked the team and within a minute I got a answer. Bo and his team found the error fixed it extremely fast. I highly recommend to anyone who needs to translate their shop. Incredible team and service, 5 stars to Bo too!

This app can everything. And the support is the best support i ever got. i love it, and the API to deepl is absolutely usefull!

Drawbacks (Updated after seller Comment on 29.03.24): 3. The app inserts his tags everywhere 4. Email Notifications can be translated only in the expensive 30$/month plan. DeepL API only in 60$ plan. There are apps not worse than this one that allow these functionality at cheaper price. 5. I still couldn't manage to replace product images for different languages. Unique features: 1. Colorful HTML code for Email notifications.

Didn't work correctly (only showed 2 currencies on the switcher, but I had selected all currencies) Switcher is ugly imo as well.

I was very satisfied, I have been looking for this for a long time, Mrs. Giselle was very helpful, thank you to her too :)
