I had several situation that I had to address when I first installed Transcy. Seri helped me through out the setup process and she was very attentive and understood my problem accurately. Very good communicator as well. Without Seri, I probably gave up on setting up Transcy. Thank you so much for all your help Seri! The app itself is good. Language auto detection works, auto translation met my expectation (although, I have to edit a lot of auto translation and I expected that from the begging). What I love is that language and currency converter displays in the same menu box. This makes it easy for visitor to maneuver. The shopify Main page couldn't be edited for some system limitation which Seri said they are working on it, so I am just waiting for that to happen.

I am currently using this app and the transition between the languages is very fast, the translation itself was quite correct even in a smaller, lesser known language .Customer service is excellent, they immediately responded and solved my case. Five star .

This App is great. Now, my website has 5 languages available (and it could be more). It's so easy to use, especially for me who is a beginner ;) Moreover the support is very helpful and very kind . Congratulations!

Now this is EXACTLY what I was looking for in a translation app. Translated my content and allowed me to edit the automated translation in HTML. This allowed me to replace the iFrame src so that my videos would show up in the correct language. Had tried the other "more popular" FREE translation apps but none are comparable to this one. Very easy to use also. Many thanks to the developers.
