We implemented Rebuy quickly and easily with the help of Ian and the rest of the team. We implemented the day before black friday and Rebuy helped us reach out sales targets for the holiday! There is so much you can do with this app, looking forward to utilizing all its capabilities... update after 9 months of use, we LOVE this product and they are always adding features. The consultants are top notch and are always responsive and willing to hop on a call and implement solutions realtime if needed. Great company, great product, great team.

The app has very good features like Shop the Look or Upselling. The customer support is excellent, very fast and helpful. However, one disadvantage is that you have to create a separate account for each sub-store.

I found Rebuy to be easy to implement, very intuitive, with seamless integration and almost no delay between changing things in Rebuy and seeing them implemented on our live site. I opened a chat support with a few early questions and that turned into a weeklong, ongoing chat with the same chat agent, Tom, where I fired dozens of questions about how to do certain things and how to implement desired setups. Between the chat support and help guides I was able to build out 10x more functionality with this in 3 days than I did with a previous upsell app over 9 months. I got responses from Tom at all hours of the day and night and rarely had any kind of delay in response. At certain points I sent a bulleted list of questions and got prompt and diligent follow-up on each one of my questions.

I'd like to share my fantastic experience with the REBUY app and Rich M. Working with Rich and his team has been an absolute delight. What truly impressed me was their remarkable efficiency – they swiftly set up everything well before our major sale. Moreover, they displayed their commitment when a code issue arose. Within an astonishingly short span of 20 minutes, they had it fixed to guarantee our customers received the desired promotions seamlessly.

This app has been truly transformational to our store. Lots of functionality, customization, and the support from the Rebuy Dev team has been next level. Worth it. So far so excellent. Support is A+. Installation was straightforward and there are a multitude of options offered for cross-sells and upsells. Been using Rebuy for over 5 months now and not only have we substantially increased our AOV but the tools available allow for a high level of personalisation. The support is next level. First of all, customer service is second to none. They are quick to respond, and they have so much expertise in customizing your cart. The app itself is also amazing. The upsells, crossells are fantastic. Works great and would recommend to anyone.

Tom, Colton, and Bradley from support are always super helpful and have helped with many questions I have. We've already had over 6,000 of income thanks to Rebuy in 3 months.

The overall experience has been great so far. We had the app installed on one of the websites, implemented dynamic bundles and gift with purchase which went well and seen results straight away. Since we started working with Monica Neal on the "7 weeks growth program" I feel like we have finally started to make the most out Rebuy Engine. Monica's been great leading the growth and keeping us updated with the new widgets. I'd also like to mention we had difficulties implementing the SmartCart due to our custom theme, the team was on it and helped us deliver an "on brand" customer experience without having to involve a 3rd party developer, mega helpful.

Incredibly powerful app! This app has generated over $9000 in additional sales just in the last 30 days alone. Their support staff is the best - I highly recommend!

Rebuy is awesome, the functionality is un-matched as is its customer service. Without Rebuy we would not have nearly as many options to increase our sales.

By accident we noticed we had been paying for Rebuy for months, without even realizing we had approved these costs. We never logged into the app during that time. Pretty frustrating to see thousands of dollars wasted, since they charged based on order volume (we do about 5000 orders a month). Contacted Rebuy and Ian came back with a perfect solution, very happy with how it turned out. Will def start using Rebuy from now on. Cannot review the app yet, since we didn't use it, but their support is great.

This is one of the best Cart Drawer I ever used - so powerful, packed with features, and top-notch customer service!

We just installed recently but wanted to leave a review about the customer service. Amazing! I worked with "Isaac" and he solved the 2 issues I had almost immediately. I have almost no development experience and everything was pretty much plug and play. I'm encouraged about this company/app and will report back on the analytics once we have had it running for a little while.

Customer service is great and fast, don't sleep on this app it has been a huge revenue generator for us.

Rebuy has been an awesome tool for increasing our AOV and conversion. We are seeing great results on our Cart and Checkout widgets, not only in product discovery but also in building larger baskets. Their team is really hands on and responsive and the app is very intuitive.
