Ronnie in support was very helpful and the app works great! We are very happy with the ability to submit transactions automatically to Quickbooks Online.

I installed this app with high hopes. I setup the app and tried to sync my shopify and quickbooks inventory according to the instructions given in this app. I spent a day fixing the names in both platforms. But when I finally synced it, I had duplicate of of my inventory in QBO. It is a big mess which I can't even solve. Quickbooks doesn't allow merging of two inventory items, nor can I delete my inventory. I followed their instructions VERY clearly and now am stuck with an irreversible problem. This is very very frustrating.

I had the chance to get Troy to help me out with the setup. He was extremely knowledgable including accounting. I had tried another app before and will definitely not go back. Definitely recommended!

We just added this app to our Shopify store and so far we are very happy. Rafael helped us solve a minor issue we had with the Sync and now we are up and running.

App works great. I had a few issues with orders not syncing, but the customer support chat is awesome. Ronnie was incredibly helpful and was able to get everything working in no time.

UPDATE 6/3/2020: This app continues to have outstanding support. Sherwin helped me troubleshoot my issues and was very patient. Really happy with this app and their commitment to ensure it works. Does everything it says it does, and it comes with amazing support. Marck was great at helping me set up the app to make sure everything was integrated properly, and answered my bajillion questions with ease and patience. The best support I've had so far on Shopify's app platform.

App is working great, needed a bit of help getting it started, but support was fast to respond and Ronnie was very helpful.

Support throughout the trial has been exceptional thus far with Karol and others. I will further update as i continue to evaluate this app. But so far, it is good.

Vince was super helpful in helping me troubleshoot some tricky transactions in Shopify. Thanks Vince! This product has made it much easier to keep track of my transactions in QBO and has greatly reduced what I was paying my bookkeeper.

Initial setup can be challenging if you are not familiar with Syncing Apps. We reached out to Customer Support and Sherwin did a great job helping us with the initial sync. He worked with us solving all the issues we had. We are now up and syncing. Thanks!!!

New user, the app has been great so far, wouldnt mind a few more features but Hazel from customer service is a superstar
