Switched from another chat service to Chatra due mainly to its deep integration with Help Scout - chats and offline messages are added into Help Scout as new support tickets, giving us a full picture of customer support. So far we're loving Chatra! With native desktop and mobile apps, our team is able to help customers with their orders or product enquiries anywhere.

We are using it for JUICIES.COM and it works pretty good. Install was easy and we have 2 guys using it from two different locations in the world. Working smoothly right now. Cheers!

Chatra is a great app for Shopify that has improved our bottom line significantly by allowing us to be on call even when we're not at a computer. I love the feature that allows you to see what your visitor is typing to you before they hit send, allowing you to research your response before they even ask the question thereby providing faster service with better answers for your customers.

It's a great app that helps close sales - great customer support too.

OUTSTANDING app. You NEED this if you own an online store. Simple as that. I was very reluctant at the beginning to try it because, well that is how I am. I was stupid to wait so long. Try it. Its worth it.

Chatra is the best. We deal with custom flags so it's a product that customers don't always know what they are looking for. They have questions. With the live chat we are able to hook and help those hesitant customers all the way through to a sale. Quality tool that has been able to help meet the needs of customer questions in a timely manner.

Great experience so far! Very intuitive way to interact with customer and have already been able to resolve some customer issues directly. Even if we can't chat right away, it encourages customers to leave us messages and we are able to email back shortly after. I highly doubt we'd get as much interaction from a "Contact Us" form. Highly recommend it.
