its good just cant see the history from the past week like how many customers each day.

A customer yesterday did not know how to add more than one item to cart. As they were able to speak to me directly and instantly, I was able to talk them through it, securing me, not only a multiple sale, but it turns out a customer that collects the niche items I'm selling. This deserves 6/5 stars.

Extremely simple and fast installation. Also very easy to customise the chat image, icon, colours, etc. Haven't had any chat requests on it yet but so far so good!

Hands down the best chat app we've tried so far! Seriously....well done guys! Easy to navigate, integrate and fun too. Keep up the great work.

Chatra really works well in terms of its overall functionality and its ease of use, integration, and feature set, it's a fantastic overall app. What I would like to see as the app grows is the ability to fine tune and customize a lot more of the app's features (through something like CSS position, color, background, size, etc.). The ability to more specifically (and responsively) adapt the chat button to different areas of the screen and customize for mobile versus desktop (right now it is just on or off), those would be fantastic additions to have. Again though - functionally very robust and powerful, and very easy to integrate, get up and running, and use. Great work!

I've used almost every Shopify chat app available, Chatra surpasses everyone in customer service, user compatibility and layout. We will continue to use the service, it's fantastic and highly suggest to all ecommerce stores.

Great app. I went for the free option for now, but it still allows me to customise the look so it fits in with my website. The only feature I miss from the full version is the ability to initiate a chat with a customer as they browse. I may upgrade in future if the chat function is used frequently.

Great chat app, easy to use, and getting notifications on mobile and desktop is a nice touch. It is a little more expensive than some other chat apps so I would like to see integration with Facebook Messenger and Mailchimp eventually.

So far, it has been the easiest app to integrate that we have ever used and we have had no problems with it at all. If you have thought about a chat app, this is a great one.

Best chat app ever. I've only been using it a few days and I absolutely love it. The interface usability is all around top notch. I really like the insights I get around knowing who is online in real time and what they are doing. Really well done. Definitely recommend it!

Since started Chatra on our website. within 7days we have been using the app, we have captured two sales directly related to our ability to take questions directly from customers, in real time. and Chatra app on Android and ios is awesome, we can help our customer on the go. The installation went without incident and the user interface is intuitive. I've found that the visitor's interface does not render well if on a mobile device, which is to say that it does not flip when turning your device. Overall, support has been good. The application has a desktop notification feature which works well for our customer service folks. The target chat feature needs some additional explanations as to how each rule functions. A YouTube training video would probably be beneficial in assisting users. The saved-replies work as expected which is a time saver for our customer service folks.I also love that you can customize their chat widget and change the location of where the widget is presented. The response time on the application between the customer and the customer service rep. is acceptable and being able to see the text that the customer is typing prior to them submitting is a fabulous time saving feature. Overall, I'm very happy with my initial findings on the application and look forward to them adding additional features which could push this application over the top. If you are seeking a light weight customer service chat application for your store, this application is more than sufficient. If you are looking for more analytics and feature-rich chat platform, this might not be your first choice.

WONDERFUL app, simply perfect to be able to help my customers, I can't say enough good things. Being able to visualise a customers visit is a huge boon. Seeing what's in there cart to prompt them about questions, is so much better than going in blind!

Just downloaded and REALLY HAPPY with it - can't believe I am getting this for free. Honestly, I would pay for it!!! I think the most important to feature to know about the app is it can show you how must customers are on your site in real time, and which pages your customers are on too!!! This helps tremendously with the chat. It also allows customers to leave a message if you're offline. My only suggestion is the app assigns customers really weird names like "Exotic Peru" or Blue Kid or other weird names - altho I've got an email with instructions on to switch this. I simply wish my customers were referred to as User 1, User 2, etc. - rather than assigned really weird names that makes it feel like spam or illegitimate users :(

Love the features of this app. It has really helped my sales when I am able to tell who is on my website, where they are from and what exactly they are looking at. All in real time.

Snappy. Smart. Superb. This chat app is highly recommended if you are looking for a perfect Live chat solution. I installed and removed a few other chat apps before, but sealed the search with Chatra.
