Does not work and doesn't notify me when someone is trying to chat, I have the paid version and it does not come along with any sort of support besides for them telling me I need to turn my volume up on my phone... I know how to use my device that is obviously not the issue. The support team is unwilling to assist, I guess they have not solution for their crappy system.

Works perfect. The first day I made two sales that probably would not have happened without Chatra. I can honestly say this app doubled my conversions.

Tested this out trying to find a good live chat service. Took 15 minutes to get the live chat email. Yet my contact form gets the email there right away.

So far I love this chat app. I really like being able to see what someone has in their cart, and even what they're typing in chat before they send it to me, so that I can start preparing for my answer to them. I think there are probably a feature or two from a previous app I used that I wish I had here, because I was used to those features, but that aside I definitely recommend this app. Thank you so much!!

An absolutely amazing app! The best feature is its app response time. I've tried almost all free chat tools. As with most of them you don't get a live notification when your customers ping you. Chatra has helped me save customers and sales!

Great app and great experience with it

Great app has wonderful features and makes it very easy to talk to your customers!

So far so good! I've been using this for a week and have had pretty good success, even though I'm not live online a whole lot. I kind of wish it had a chat bot, but then again, I think about half of my customers were frustrated by the previous chatbot app I tried.

Pretty simple and easy to use, it's pretty practical piece of software that I'd recommend for anyone looking to increase customer support quality!

I used this App for two days and I saw timely update once the customer is vising website or any page. But personally I see people do not want to chat online. This is for US customer, it may not be for other countries.

Great features, I have used several chats in the past and Chatra groups some of the most important and necessary features required to close the sale, for example the triggered messages, the capability of seeing before the customer sends the message and the possibility of seeing the pages and whether or not has an item on the cart. Thanks for letting us try for 15 days, we took the one year discount.

I love Chatra. It is easy to use and have a mobile option! It is free with one operator and with full features excluding few things. You can login on destop or in a download app. Chatra is great!
