I rarely give anyone a full 5 stars but this company 100% deserves it. The app is really great for our store. We needed an option to offer local delivery plus an in store pickup option and this is the best app out there for that. Their customer service is what blew my mind. Not only do they respond right away,they go above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of and fully understand what is needed to be done. In my situation I needed help figuring out how to disable their app for specific products and they provided me the answer, upgraded my app and actually input code into my website to ensure it worked. Even after that, they continue to help me in a prompt manner on every question that I have. They are truly genuine people who care about helping their customers not only use the app but be successful in their business. I am beyond impressed and grateful I found them.

Our store needed some custom work and it was no trouble at all for Andy and his team to do! After several back and forth emails, Andy had a new code and applied it to our store for us. This app is right next to perfect!No words to describe the functionality, customer support and how friendly they are! The app works incredibly perfect, no issues or errors, excellent performance on all desktop,tablet and mobile versions plus the founder of the app dedicated his precious time to help me with some really demanding stuff I had!

This app has some technical difficulties, so be prepared to restore your website and have a backup plan. The app owners were very accommodating and went above and beyond to please me. Good customer service. Marginal app.

We started a pilot project for selling fresh and natural fruits (Indian Mangos to begin with) online (with few local pickup locations option) and for this, we had to use Pickup + Delivery APP. We are impressed and APP is stable enough and we don't have any issues so far. We had few issues with configuring it initially due to lack of experience. But, Sam and Andy responded to us very well and configured it for us. They even added an extra feature to the APP on our request. Honestly, I am very happy with the support and the APP. Our shop has been using the Zapiet Store Pickup + Delivery function for several months now. When we first started using it, Sam at Zapiet was so unbelievably helpful with helping to code the app into our checkout (truly a lifesaver!). The app itself is fairly easy to use and it's been so great telling local customers that they can now save on shipping costs if they are local and want to pick up their products from the store! Recently, we've run into several orders from customers who have somehow selected the store pickup function and replaced the store address with their home address (in an attempt to get free shipping, we assume). When I emailed Zapiet, Sam responded within a day and looked into the issue we were having. He not only explained what has been happening, but also offered to fix the problem for us! He resolved our store pickup issues with coding changes to our cart in less than 24 hours! I highly recommend using this app for your shop! And thank you to Sam and Zapiet team for all of your help!!!

Great app, especially with the latest update. The customer service has been top drawer. More than happy to help at any step of the way. Would highly recommend this app to anyone trying to juggle standard delivery, click-and-collect and local delivery.

The folks at Zapiet (the team behind Store Pickup + Delivery) are the absolute best. They're a small team--like my own company--but they offer better support than any other developer I've ever worked with. We're implementing a new preorder system in an industry that's never had one before, and Pickup + Delivery is an integral part of our platform. The developers have worked with me, even creating a collaborator account on my store so they could do some of the work *for* me, in order to get our new platform off the ground. I couldn't be happier with the service they've provided or the quality of their product.

This app perfectly fits my requirement and this is an only and the best solution for stores need to manage complicated pickup and delivery schedule. More than that I am very happy with their customer service. Andrew even helped me out to solve a minor conflict with another app from other vender. FIVE STARS!

we are just getting started with the app, so time will tell as our business progresses but as far as customer service, Sam has been really attentive, easy to get a hold of regardless of time difference and has a quick fix for any issues or customizations.

I have my delivery option set with a minimum and noticed I would periodically receive orders under the minimum. I reached out for support and Sam returned a response promptly. Not only did Sam fix the issue but he took the time out to explain what I had done wrong. They're awesome! And the app is exactly what I needed:)

We have been using this for a few months now and it works fantastically well. It allows us to support hundreds of stockists by directing traffic of our products to store and also provide easy access to a choice for consumers. The support is also very very good, always respond promptly and the only time i was made aware of a security issue which came from shopify, these guys at zapiet had already fixed it. Keep it up!

Tried to install and took forever. Looked like it was duplicating my products and themes. After an hour killed the install. Then my website completely messed up. No images showing. Shipping options except pick up are all gone from my site!!!! SOS

The Store Pickup widget looks and works great. Support was very quick and responsive to a small speed bump I encountered while integrating it into our website. HIGHLY recommend to any retailer with brick and mortar locations.
