Super awesome. Definitely a must for all with brick and mortar store(s). This is the way the customer shops today, get information on the internet, purchase online and wah lah get item(s) same day. Just like what the big boys are doing. On top of that the support team is stellar. Thank you Sam and your team at Zapiet.

Having a brick and mortar store, we needed to have store pick up and a shipping option available to our customers and the app allowed us to do just that in a simple effective way. The support was fantastic, very professional and timely. We ran into some trouble with the installation and Zapiets' support team tweaked the code to better match our theme. I would definitely recommend it.

The customer service alone is worth 5 stars! But really, it's the pickup option that makes this app stand out. Totally recommend!

This app allowed us to carry some products on our online store, for pickup only, that we weren't able to provide to our customers in the past. Any support issue we have had were addressed and fixed in a very timely manner. We highly recommend this app.

As a brick & mortar serving our local community through deliveries and store pickups (60 mile radius or so) committing to an online shopping cart service was tough because they're all based around shipping products. When I came across 'Store Pickup + Delivery' during my Shopify trial, I knew it was a match made in heaven! Not only does the app work really well and look great, but when I ran into some installation trouble with a new theme, Zapiet helped me out the same day to fix the errors. Top notch customer service. Top notch product. Highly recommended if your store needs a shopping cart, but still does a lot of business in the community through deliveries and store pickups.

Installed the app and realise it has some issue with the country Laos. Then the support team Andy and Sam went the extra mile for our shop to update their system and make every works perfectly. The app itself is AWESOME as well. Easy to use, easy to maintain and no hassle. Two Thumbs Up for them and highly recommended!

This app works great for my stores needs! A great find for sure! It also integrates with my other apps in my store so it all runs smoothly. And the support is great! Fast to respond and very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone else I know who is looking to do pickups and deliveries.

Just installed the app and I have to say the customer service is absolutely SUPERB. So far it's working just as promised, and I'm really looking forward to how much easier this app is going to make my work life :)

Andy and the team at Zapiet have done a great job with Store Pickup + Delivery, and provide nothing short of the most courteous & timely support for it. They helped us get the app setup correctly, pointed out a liquid error in our template (remember, no && operators in liquid folks!), and provided details on their product roadmap for features we'd like to see in the app. Hands down my favorite app devs on the Shopify app store. Kudos!

Wonderful support and the perfect app for my home business!! I use it for local pick-up at my house for my handmade craft company, that way I save tons of time not worrying about coordinating the logistics of a pick-up, which gives me time to do other things. I would be lost without this app!!

We were experiencing a large number of customers selecting Store Pickup from our delivery options because it was a Free method. However, they actually required a paid delivery, and therefore our first communication with them was to ask for money! Not good. This app solved our problems perfectly, and with great support. I absolutely LOVE this app. Not only does it have everything I need to run my delivery service, but the developer Andy has been so helpful! On the day of my store launch, he was available within minutes to put out my "fires." He has also been very open to recommendations on how to make the app better and is even incorporating some of the ideas.

Not only is this, by far, the best Local Delivery app in the app store---and you get Store Pickup with it!---support is absolutely excellent. I tried two alternative apps, and this one has far and away the best features, and the best design both for customers and in the admin. Don't waste your time with the other offerings currently available.

The app does everything it promises to do, and support has been awesome. It really helped deal with the issue of pickups vs. local deliveries vs. shipping since we do all three. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Support! Other app and software companies can learn a thing or two about customer service from Andy and his team. Our store has some specific requirements and conflicts but Andy jumps right in and knocks them all out. Great Job! Update: I have to give them another 5 STARS. We had issues today with that app that were not even caused by their app but by conflicts with another app and our our settings and Andrew replied to every email within minutes and kept hammering at the issue into he found out what it was. It's all about support for us and customer service and we are pleased in every way. THANK YOU!

This is the ideal app : easy to integrate and perfect for specific delivery needs such as limiting delivery districts and slots of time, that could be very interesting for foodtech websites. In addition, the sales support was more than efficient, always available with useful explanations. Furthermore, there are a lot of new features to be published since they work very hard in improving the app taking into account customers needs !

The app is easy to integrate, and the things that you need help with is getting delt with swiftly via support. The app looks good and solve many of the issues we are facing when it comes to delivery options. Recommended!

This is the ideal app if you have one or more pick-up locations you want to offer customers instead of (or in addition) to shipping options. My favorite feature is the offset functionality, so if it takes time to make an order, you can set it so the customer cannot choose to pick it up until X days. It's pretty reasonably priced but what makes it stand out is the support. Andy is very responsive and goes above and beyond to make sure the app is working in an optimal way in your store.
