Great app, the team was really helpful and they were able to fix our issue straight away. Would definitely recommend.

I have just started with this app, so far I am very pleased! They have been SUPER helpful in the setup process, quick and knowledgeable. I have a very old template and the app is even compatible with it. I was a little daunted at first, as I couldn't find much info about the app online before I started my free trail, but learner manuals are provided once you set your first meeting after sign up.

Still working my way around the app, but the customer service so far has been exemplary. The person who helped me was able to meet my specifications and was very helpful in answering questions.

My first month using the app, and so far the support team have been very accommodating to minor tweaks and changes. Wishing it could be a bit more easily customizable from store's point of view, but great app so far nonetheless. Would recommend.

I added this app to my store and was confused about how to configure the web code, however I immediately was able to book an online chat session and the team at Webkul added all necessary code for me to get everything set up immediately. The app itself is great and allows for products to be added as auctions - definitely a great feature! Thanks to the team

Perfect. Exactly what I was looking for. A few tweaks required because of the theme I was using but support have been really helpful. May be on the expensive side for an app but I think it will work out to be worth it from the results I have seen so far.

I have been using this software for almost a week now. Had some questions on how to get everything implemented. Ayush responded in a very timely manner and took care of every issue that I had. I would def recommend.

We are pretty new at using this app but it has been pretty easy to use and the installation was easy. We switched themes and some features were not working anymore and we couldn't figure out what was wrong so we reached out and their support had it fixed quickly. We have tried another auction app and this one is far better.

Love it so far! It looks like it will do exactly what we need it to do. Web support was extremely helpful! They put all the codes in for me A+ :)

I had problems putting in the codes at first. After talking to them they did everything for me and it didnt take long. highly recommend them.

This company is really awesome! Superfast customer service and they really try to understand your questions and needs. The app didn't meet all of my needs at the beginning, but they arranged everything I wished for!

Support was very helpful setting up the app during my Trial... I'm looking forward to testing out the Auction app!

I was running into trouble while setting up the Auction APP. The "Auto Inject Code" button gave me an Error message, and the code templates and lines I found in my settings differed from the instructions' screenshots, so I could not follow them.  I contacted them and their support technician did an excellent job and set it all up for me. I had to do nothing. A few days latter I decided to install a different theme. I run into the same trouble, I contacted then again and heir support technician did again an excellent job and set it all up for me again. I had to do nothing. Five stars is not enough. It is the best support service ever. The APP is great!, lots of configurations. Great backoffice.

We needed this app for a special event auction (digital because of Covid-19) The development team was super helpful and was able to implement for me when I couldn't figure out the code (I'm not a developer). The rest of the usage is super intuitive. I recommend this tool.

I tried a couple of these and the support these guys gave was the best. They also helped me put the widget on custom product pages and custom collections pages which is HUGE. I think there are some improvements to be made in the general ui/ux area but the app is pretty solid so 4/5!

Excellent support and works pretty well. There are a few ways it could be improved but I am sure that the developers are working on this. Thanks everyone for creating a great product
