Signed up as a supplier. The Stocksync team was super helpful in getting up to speed on how the app works.

Stock Sync it's the best data automation tool I've experienced until now! You can sync and modify almost every kind of feeds.

It was a great app and had been using it consistently for several years, until some recent changes made by their Dev team. Customer support was responsive and addressed my concerns and made the alterations that we required. This has been one of the best Apps which we have added to our store. This app is a huge time saver and the support staff is AMAZING! They are very quick to respond, created a customized a plan for us and have helped with any questions we have.

This app is incredible. Customer service is above and beyond. I've had a few questions and "how do I fix this?" problems. They've responded within 12 hours every single time. They're polite and always fix my problems almost immediately. I have three suppliers. Two of them were already pre-programmed into their system. I didn't have to do anything to set those up. My third has a feed that I had to set up manually. It was fairly easy to set up and works great. And pricing... one of my suppliers recommended another company online to sync stock. They were hundreds more per month than Stock Sync and do the exact same thing, probably just as well. If you dropship or have suppliers, I can't recommend this more.

This is a great app that does what it says it will do and more! Their customer service is stellar! We had some unique needs that were not obvious to implement, and the StockSync team figured them all out. They even added a feature we requested. If you need an app to do what StockSync does, this is the app to get hands-down!

I use this as a cost-effective tool to stay in sync with a product XML list. The tool isn't complicated, but it is robust, so luckily, their support is very helpful when you run into any issues.

Stock Sync is a great solution regarding the import of xml feed file which is not supported by the system of shopify natively. The support team was also helpful to solve all the related issues. Thank you.

If you are needing automation for your store to keep things updated on a regular basis, this is the app to get! Very easy to install and set up with your store, just make sure you edit the feed to your requirements before you run anything because i made that mistake and lost all of my product descriptions and prices for 790 products!! The support team, in this instance - Hanah is fantastic, they will go out of there way to try and help you as much as they can, unfortunately my mentioned mistake above had been costly and they couldn't really do anything to resolve it but lesson learnt! I would highly highly recommend this app over any others, I've tried numerous apps and this just works in every way! Don't hesitate to install it. Thanks Hanah!

Excellent app that allows you to sync stock, prices and other information from external product feeds. The app is easy to use and the support is excellent and respond to your questions quickly! We definitely recommend this app!

This is an essential app if your store has multiple products from suppliers, vendors, or fulfillment centers. You can use their CSV or other files with Pricing and Inventory counts to update your inventory. I use this daily to update my inventory from the spreadsheet provided by vendors. It keeps my store up to date with pricing and inventory. I can't comment on support, as it's been pretty easy to use and have not needed to contact them. Been running this for over 9 months now.

Such a useful app and a great customer service. I will for sure recommend the app to inventory management. I have had to reach out for help on a few occasions and Jor has been amazing with helping out with any issue we have.

We used this app to get daily stock updates. Initially we were somewhat flummoxed as we have 2 SKU's for each SKU from the supplier. The support and guidance we had from the support team was clear and helpful resulting in a much simpler solution than our web development team were offering. Would definitely recommend this app.

Their systems are working better after every update and can say they are working hard to elevate their App. As you can see we started on a rocky road and have been able to over come the challenges. Great job team, keep moving forward. I have tried to respond to the app developer. They ask question no action, I respond in a professional manner with detail, no action. To say I am getting quite upset with this lack of service or even some dialog would be an understatement. Regards Retired PMP .
