Great app, not always very intuitive, but very flexible and great support from the team...! Would recommend to everybody, they will make it work, whatever your goal!

2023.03.22 We use the app for several months already and had the chance to interact with the support team also. Overall impression is positive and we decided to continue with StockSync after testing other partial solutions. We use now to create new products from suppliers feeds, update stock, prices and pictures. It is easy to customize what to import, to connect data from feed with the shop, to transform data from text to numbers for stock status and much more. For the curent number of orders, updating every 6 hours is still good, but we do recommend to upgrade this service in the basic package to more often. In the last months we tested another solution only to sync stocks, where with no additional cost we had it every hour for as many feeds as we wanted. Stock Sync is better because you can customize, apply filters, update any information from the shop and make rules when reading the feed source. Working with support team, I have to mention Raj for this topic, I see they have the will to help, to improve, and to make our shopify users easyer. All the way from the begining, I see progress and we plan to use this app in the future too. 2022.07.18 I am using the app for some time. We had periods when sorting wasnt working but I am not sure if that was because we didnt had the right plan at that time for the shop or was technical issue. Now I made a reinstall on the rebranded new shop and when selected to update all collections at once, it didn't work. I have made the update for each page of collections and in this way it worked. I cannot give feedback for the auto updates. We also have another shop my-babyprincess.myshopify.com where still not working but also I dont know if is the plan or technical issue. Comparing to other apps, I advice for an upgrade regarding live update on inventory change that with this app we cannot do, not yet needed but it was something that almost made me select other app.

Great product and great people behind it. They are always ready and quick to help me with my problem and always go the extra mile. I'm very glad to use Stock Sync and would recommend them!

The installation of Stock Sync on Shopify and the data synchronization via FTP server works fine. We had to call on the support of Stock Sync (served by Hanah, Customer Happiness Executive) for the setup of an FTPS server and were competently supported. Best app for updating products from feeds. We're using the update function and it fits every needs. The feed is super customizable and you can choose to update every product field. You can choose among any source and this makes the app very robust and versatile. One of the feature we use most is the prefix to the id. So that we can add a prefix to the skus on our store per each feed and avoid the risk of overlapping skus.

I wish I had known from the start about these guys. It should be called Shopify power by Stock Sync. It's Stock Sync that makes Shopify possible. Can definitely recommend, when you get stuck, just ask and they will get it done.

This app takes a little getting used to and support gets back to you later in the evening. However, beyond these issues the app does what it should at a reasonable price. This app has been one of the most solid apps in the app store. It can be used to create bundled/kitted products, run an inventory system built on a database instead of paying thousands a month for a so so IMS system like orderhive or cin7 which will promise you a ton of development take your money and then keep your money and never deliver a finished product.

Takes all the hardwork out of dealing with bulk editing and fiddling about with each suppliers lists. Azza and the team are brilliant and work well behind the scenes. Very helpful with all your needs, keep up the good work.

Works really nicely. I've not come across anything that works as well as this. Can be fiddly to set up at times, but the good news is support are always willing to help you find out why you're having issues, no matter how stupid they are

This is the BEST APP ON SHOPIFY if you need to coordinate several large inventories. I'm not sure I could continue my business without this app. So much time saved, so efficient, such great customer support. I wish every app I have installed was as good as Stock Sync! This companies other apps are amazing as well. They all are huge time savers. Keep up the good work! Hopefully more are releasing soon, for things I don't even know I need yet! Thanks!

Such a fantastic app! It took me a while to get it working, but the support has been incredible, particularly from Suriyah who always responds quickly and gives me the answers I need. It’s a huge relief knowing I don’t have to worry about checking stock and pricing as I have a largish catalogue (4500 products) and Stock Sync checks my supplier inventory every 6 hours and adjusts pricing and availability.

Fantastic app if you are using multiple vendors and need to update products in bulk or sync supplier stock levels. Whats better is the support provided, we have over 70k variants in our store and Azza has been fantastic in helping me get everything set up. Thanks guys - from JRS Industrial Supplies.
