This app is definitely a must have for anyone who needs to manage large inventories and many suppliers. At first it is not very easy to manage but it's normal since Stock Sync is an extremely flexible app and very rich in highly professional features. Anyway, thanks to the smart GUI of the app and also the great and effective support from Hanah, you will quickly learn to use Stock Sync, don't worry. This is definitely one of the best apps for Shopify, highly recommended.

We evaluated this app for 2 weeks. First we had some problems to find the correct handling for importing/synching CSV files. But after a while we got the solution for our issues. It would be great for new users to have more documentation about how to use CSV files and variants. Speed and usage of the app is good in general. Thanks. The app is a life saver. Sometimes there are some issues since the task that the app is doing is a pretty complex one. Anyway the team is always ready to help. We have been using this Shopify app for over 5 years across various stores, and I can confidently say that the quality of their customer service has significantly declined over time. While the support team has been helpful with stock synchronization and the app worked well for our other websites, we have been facing consistent challenges with this particular website for nearly 2 years. The inventory is not properly synchronized, updates are not reflected accurately, and we constantly receive orders for items that are out of stock. Despite reaching out to the support team multiple times, our problem remains unresolved. To make matters worse, we have been informed that they only provide support if we pay an additional fee. However, we are already paying them every month, and they are failing to deliver the service we expect. And their prices significantly increased over the years. This situation is quite frustrating and raises questions about the purpose of our ongoing payment.

Highly recommend Stock Sync! It's been a game-changer for my store. The user-friendly interface, powerful features, and excellent customer support have significantly improved my sales and efficiency. Thank you to the Stock Sync team, Jor, Azza and other for creating such a valuable app.

StockSync is one of those plugins that neatly combines a good user interface with a powerful feature set. It's a one-stop-shop for importing, then managing a stock feed. Plus the tech support offered by the team is 1st class. I really couldn't run my business without it - thanks guys!

I just keep getting a message saying your site is down and i cant install and open the app properly. Is this temporary?

The app is not friendly and there are no youtube videos. The only videos you see are old and not relevant to the features that you see here. Their YouTube is garbage... there's no support.

This team knows what they are doing, but there is much information to wade through. Even though they don't always have the quickest response times, they make up for it with their desire to make sure everything is correct and flows smoothly. Sometimes it is better to be patient and make sure everything is set right for what you want to do. One button or switch in the wrong position can change the whole output of your site. There is a learning curve, but the amount of time saved and the output quality far outweighs the learning experience.

Again, these folks are offering world Class Customer Service. Stock Sync is a fantastic tool that is helping me take my business to the next level. The support crew are the best, they are personable and helpful. Can not thank you all enough!

Stock sync allows batch updates to our online store that would otherwise take days if done manually - due to a large product inventory. It saves a lot of time and when it works well, it is a dream! And, excellent customer support is provided if you encounter any difficulties. Thanks Stock-Sync!

We have used Stock Sync to connect an online store to over a dozen suppliers. The suppliers were using a range of different systems & Stock Sync worked with each of them. If we ever got stuck the Stock Sync support staff were responsive & helpful. Very pleased with this app. Update 05/04/23 - app wasn't working so I messaged the developers and the problem was fixed within the hour - great service guys!

This app works brilliantly! Completely automates my inventory levels on a daily basis through an automated ftp download of a csv file. Whenever I needed tech support they were always super quick to respond and solved any issues straight away. Very helpful, and a great app. Now my inventory levels are accurate daily, and it's set and forget.

Great Service so far, quick to respond to issues. Would give 5 stars for some further improvements such as randomised roundups.
