Adrian helped me solve a lot of problems that I just missed on my own, helped me get to the bottom of the problem while solving small tasks on the side not even directly connected to app or integrations. When everything was sorted out my listings synced from Shopify to Ebay with ease, highly recommend!

I use Shopify Marketplace Connect to sync my inventory to Walmart, Amazon & eBay. It has done a fantastic job updating stock quantity and pricing updates preventing any unnecessary Out-Of-Stock sales. The ability to choose which platforms to sync with different pricing options is paramount.

The app is not perfect and the UI isn't the prettiest but it is highly functional and their level of service is outstanding. Joy was wonderful to deal with and resolved issues quickly.

Excellent customer service. I just added the app and was having issues with Amazon. Bit of a learning curve here but, the other marketplaces synced with no issues at all.

Great app once I got my head around how it worked, I can now easily list from shopify to eBay to bring in extra orders with little hassle. Thank you

5 stars to Chloe from customer service for her great job helping me update all my products on eBay as I was having a lot of trouble!!! Regarding the app, I find it a little difficult to manage, mainly eBay, but over time I think that it could be one of the obligatory apps for my store

Can only be used on laptop/desktop (not through the Shopify App). Difficult to navigate and overly complicated. Runs very slowly and takes a while for new products to appear in listing results. New products must be manually updated (no auto-transfer). Screen recordings aren't supported by support chat system. But support is 24/7, responds to initial message quickly, willing to Google Meet/screen share, and answers questions effectively. The support team is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of just 1 star. I've been using the Shuttle app for over a year, and even though it costs $5 per month, it's soooo much better!

GREAT APP!, Had a slight issue where the app wasnt syncing (Probably our fault!) Adrian solved this within 2mins! - 10 previous orders imported instantly into shopify! My experience with this app has been absolutely awful. If you still have Codisto, DO NOT move to Marketplace connect. I moved over 5 days ago and was told the transfer would be essentially be "seamless". I haven't had any active listings on Amazon since i.e. no sales. I've been on their Livechat twice a day every day, I keep on being assured that it's with their engineering team. No fix, no timeline. NOTHING. DO NOT TRANSFER FROM CODISTO
