Your support team is absolutely fantastic. I spoke to someone whose name starts with E (don't want to share personal info) who is *amazing* and an incredible asset to your team! I am extremely new to essentially everything shopify, and I really, really needed help on the very first day I downloaded Market Connector. She was very patient and tenacious, and spent so much time with me… and I am so grateful! She walked me through both my own user error and some actual browser errors. I can’t thank her enough, and I’ve told everyone I know about the incredible support at Shopify and Marketplace connector!

Great app. Very easy to connect the marketplace platforms and start selling. It would be great if they can add more marketplace in their list.

My overall experience with the app isn't great as I'm not finding it very user friendly and guides on how to use it aren't visible. However I've just had a positive customer service experience with Lou via email- she was very helpful, answered all my questions and provided links to further information I need. Her responses were prompt too.

Standard so-so, Shopify-built app that reminds me of Shopify Flow. It does some things but not the things you want. It does not integrate with useful new features that Shopify has introduced - like Metafields. You spend many, many hours figuring out that it does not do these things. Do you use a metafield to hold your UPC data? You're out of luck. Need to refresh a SKU that you've replaced with UPC data so that you can sell it on eBay? You're out of luck. Need to reset a listing that has errored out? You're out of luck. If you have a customized Shopify store you're not going to enjoy this.

This app takes an hour to transfer orders from an external marketplace to Shopify. By that time suppliers can be sold out of the purchased items. I contacted support and they told me on two separate occasions that the unacceptable lag time was fixed. They lied to me to get out of actually dealing with the app problem. they are unable to fix the app to work efficiently.

I've found this app to be highly effective for managing listings on Amazon, making the linking process easy and efficient. However, I've encountered some challenges when it comes to linking Etsy listings. Firstly, not all Etsy listings appear on the Link Page (Settings page), causing some difficulty. Additionally, enabling a listing in Bulk Edit mode seems to create a new Etsy listing rather than linking to an existing one. This has resulted in unexpected charges from Etsy for duplicate listings. I reached out to the support team for assistance, and while the first staff member acknowledged the issue and notified the tech team, I didn't receive any updates. When I contacted them again, the second staff member seemed unfamiliar with the situation and unintentionally created a duplicate Etsy listing, leading to an additional charge. I appreciate the effort of the support team and their willingness to assist. However, I'm still facing challenges with linking Etsy listings, and it has resulted in unexpected charges. I hope these issues can be addressed to improve the overall experience. Update: 2 weeks later, the first staff member followed up with me and the remaining unshown 2 listings finally showed up on the Link page (Ready to list). Problem solved! Thank you Shopify team! Update: Just don't connect with Etsy. That's what I can say. Not sure which side got the bug. Etsy listings duplicated when turning Vacation Mode on and off.

The support I received while setting up Marketplace Connect was FANTASTIC! I tried to get everything sorted out by myself for days but wasn't getting anywhere. Jay figured out what was causing the errors and got everything up and running smoothly for me in no time! I really couldn't have asked for better service.

I was exporting 7 of my products to my Etsy shop from my shopify store and I got in touch for some help because the process of the export was taking longer than it should. I got in touch with 3 different advisors over a week time and they tried to help and told me me what to do and said it will work but, I could not get any success and so I tried to reach out again for help and thankfully I got Mary Grace. Mary Grace was just amazing, professional, helpful and patient. She did her job properly. Mary Grace notice exactly what I was saying i.e the process is taking too long which was over a week by now. Mary Grace did not do what her other work colleagues did by saying to me I must wait for the process to published. Mary Grace grace saw it was taking long and did the necessary steps she was trained for and, that is she look on her end to see what is the issue and in no time she spotted what was wrong and solved the issue. I just dont understand why the other 3 advisors could not see and do what Mary Grace did and, it is so frustrating to know I have to wait a week for the issue to solve. Everyday checking and looking that my products and they are all stuck on publishing and it is no fun but, a complete headache. Mary Grace I just want to thank you so much for what you did for me. You are truly an amazing, hardworking, thoughtful and helpful person. I have no doubt you will continue to give such wonderful service. Mary Grace has taken the time to wait for the completion to be finish and has continued to monitor the process for me and to let me know when the products are all exported.
