Very good for quick replies to customers. It does have small issues with offline / online status changes but thats minor.

Would be good if replies were automatically saved as "Drafts" so that I can go back to them. Exit page to check something and the email disappears!

The app is great. A function to send the chat to your email for records would be great to have.

It’s was super straight forward to set up and INBOX provide a great deal of incentives to do well and continue the selling journey. :)
