I am so happy I could cry. I was exporting orders from shopify into a spreadsheet to figure out items I needed to order w my supplier, sorting subtotaling yawn yawn. Now I select my range of orders-print-pick list OMG so easy! Now I get to spend more time doing things that matter. Shipping is a complete breeze. Some of my customers get signature confirmation and some do not. I can automatically assign who gets what. This is so important because should I forget someone needs a signature it could really impact my business. Thank you shipstation you have a customer for life. Rates are 100% reasonable. I saw another app charging $200 a MONTH for someone who ships 500 orders. That is insane. Awesome helpful staff.

I really enjoy the ease of use and what this thing actually does for my business. I can't imagine having a Shopify store without having Shipstation. Support is good, not as good as Shopify itself, but they get the job done. It's missing one feature I'd really like but other than that, it's a solid product that's customizable to your business.

After struggling for 3 years trying to manually input fedex labels from my growing number of orders, I finally got ShipStation. It has cut my shipping time by 65% AND it was very easy to implement my multiple platforms I sell on. With these multiple platforms (Shopify, Amazon and Ebay) all orders are now funneled down into ShipStation so I can now go to one place and get monthly sales reports, shipping reports, tracking reports and what my best/worst selling products of the month were. ShipStation has totally revolutionized my business. Good Job Guys!!!

We made the call to switch to ShipStation when drop shipping use to take up half of our day. Not only have we seen a severe decline in the daily hours needed to ship our products, but we know that as we grow, ShipStation has our back.

ShipStation rocks. It saves a ton of time when it comes to shipping and fulfillment. It notifies our chef wear customer that there order is shipped along with tracking, and it allows us to quickly print and email labels for hassle free returns.

Ship Station has really changed my business. I have two different stores (Etsy & Shopify) and my business is small so we do all our own shipping. We also make our customer's product when they order as oppose to having an actual inventory. Ship Station not only has helped us stream line our shipping we are also able to stream line our production and keep on top of these orders with the different pick lists and other features. Seriously, have no idea why we waited so long to use it!

Shipstation is phenomenal... makes shipping and packing extremely easy. We would be lost without it!

I love Ship Station - it has been great for shipping via Canada Post with options and features that the regular CP app on Shopify can't do. The set-up is fairly simple and once you get used to it, it's a breeze to use. I ran into some issues with my shipping carrier working properly on my account with Ship Station and I have to say, SS has some of the BEST customer service I've ever experienced. When things go wrong with shipping, it's urgent and they get that. For that reason alone, they get 5 stars from me.

ShipStation has made my life a breeze. Shipping used to be one my most hated things to do since it took absolutely forever, and writing them by hand was monotonous. ShipStation paired up with a thermal printer has allowed me to ship hundreds of orders in the time it took to ship just a few doing it the old way. Absolutely one of the best purchases i've made for my business, and have recommended it to any and everyone with a pair of ears. Thanks for making my life easier, ShipStation!

I wish we had signed up with ShipStation YEARS ago. It is so easy and streamlined. Their customer service is A+ and the system is fast and organized. It has saved us time and money, and allowed us to serve our customers much better. And that's who it's all about ....our customers.

At Birdsbesafe, we have been selling online for 4.5 years, but we made a change two months ago to Shopify--which was a great step as business was growing terrifically. Even better, then we chose ShipStation so that time could be saved on shipping. We have saved a lot of time. If you don't have efficient shipping labels, really, you need to get ShipStation. Plus, such friendly customer care that they called to check if we had any problems. I think I fell out of my chair. What a great business partner to have. I have been trying to avoid buying shipstation. However after a friend that I respect said he has been using it for years and wished he started much sooner. I decided to go with the trial, I was using stamps and or endicia to manually ship each and every order via amazon,ebay and our website. I tried several other plans such as ordoro, endicia pro, and many others. I was instantly sold on shipstation after being able to print packing slips on 4x6 thermal printer along with the original postage label. I am extremely happy and I know I will keep the service after the trial. I have already saved on average of 2 hours each day since investing in the trial. I would have signed up sooner if they made it more clear that you can add an additional sales channel for only $10 each. Make sure this is on your list before buying anything ... Use the trial and test it out to see if it will fit your business needs.

We were on the fence for quite some time as to whether we should use a shipping app (using numerous apps with reoccurring charges can get pricey). We spent a lot of time researching the different apps available, but to be honest it was the free trial with no credit card required (I hate those free trials that morph into automatic paid subscriptions) that sealed the deal and pushed us to sign up with ShipStation. Between the discounted shipping rates and the time savings of using ShipStation, I can honestly say that this app more than pays for itself. It's powerful, easy to use, and has been quite dependable thus far. Very pleased.

I have been using ShipStation for over 2 months now, setting up was very easy. I find it very easy and straight forward. I sell on different platforms, and I love how all my shipment are imported with a simple click. The price is very reasonable considering the amount of time it saves you. Great app, support is very friendly and tries hard to accommodate even strange requests or problems. Without ShipStation I wouldn't even attempt to open a Shopify store, because I wanted to be able to send my product to Amazon FBA without hassle, and also I wanted an easy way to print USPS shipping labels when shipping from my company warehouse, too. The discount on postage was just a bonus! And with one fee for ShipStation I can expand to other platforms as well without worry of adding more order processing time.

I have been using Ship Station now for three months for my small e-commerce business and it has been amazing. As soon as an order is made from my Shopify store it ports over to Ship Station immediately. When I log in the order is already there waiting for me with all of the customers information. All I have to do is select the shipping method and print my labels. Before deciding to partner with Ship Station I had considered other shipping solutions but during my 30 day trial Ship Station was involved and hands on about showing me how to navigate their software in providing easier tips and solutions to help make my shipping solutions easier and faster. They completely won me over. I'm so glad I made this choice!

Really could not be happier with this App. Searched for awhile for a good order processing and shipping software that integrated with Shopify and the other marketplaces that we sell on. Could not be happier with how simple the app was to setup and have been blown away by the level of functionality packed into one affordable app!

This App has revolutionized our business, Imagine not having to check each individual marketplace every single day in order to figure out what shipments to fulfill. We currently have 19 different online marketplace accounts linked to our ShipStation account, using this product has saved on average 2 hours of time for our shipping department every single day!! All tracking info is automatically updated into each marketplace. It also has a very wonderful visual breakdown of customization time intervals for sales of each and every one of your marketplaces. And we feel like the best feature is the ability to see a side by side view of several shipping carrier prices for a shipment. This product is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

ShipStation in my experience is one of the best Shopify apps. It's very easy to use and has a variety of options. We use DHL global mail (international and domestic) and Fedex. All of these services seamlessly integrate and ShipStation even allows us to easily audit our Fedex bills. We've had many questions/concerns along the way and the support staff at ShipStation have been quick to respond. Definitely the best value app in Shopify. We even use the import feature for our drop ship vendors.

ShipStation is our go-to app for shipping. Makes things so much easier. With 25+ orders a day it only takes me roughly 30 seconds to fill and ship a order. Could use a lot of tweaks and feature upgrades but I'm sure they are working hard to get us more features. A highly recommended eCommerce app.

This app has changed my business for the better. Thanks to ShipStation, I have now incorporated all of my orders from Shopify, eBay and Amazon into one shipping platform. With ShipStation, I have also created very professional and uniform (same product description regardless of marketplace) packing slips to include with each shipment. Its very easy to customize the templates as needed. For instance, my packing slips for eBay orders has a note asking for a 5-star review specific to eBays detailed seller ratings. Thanks ShipStation!
