This app has helped me do a lot of things other apps couldn't, (like the Canada Post app, which isn't really user friendly), but it has a few quirks that make it not as easy to use. I still haven't been able to figure out how to print huge batches of labels at a time, and I couldn't create a return shipping label for a customer in the US. But those are small inconveniences compared the pros-- it's fairly easy to use, and it actually helps me see my orders in a more helpful way, even than from the shopify back end.

Wildly inaccurate declared customs values on international orders, glitches, frozen screens, lots of whirly wheels. Your ShipStation experience if you choose to accept it. This app is not recommended for anyone who sells outside of the US. It uses list price on customs forms rather than price actually paid.

It does so much! It can be a bit overwhelming at first. But they have great support and help you navigate through any bumps on the road. Couldn't imagine shipping without it.

Excellent Customer Service. Awesome App!. I LOVE IT! The best and look no further. Has Mobile on the go, has Inventory management, has shipping calculator to compare the various rates immediately, very robust, ease of use, fast and efficient. Why didn't I use this app earlier, I could've saved myself lost time instead of using the other horrible major Shipping app competitor. I emailed the company directly requesting that Kevin Rae to contact me because Endicia.com referred me to him. In 1 hour, I got a call back from Kevin. I'm impressed that this company forward my email to him and not assign it to whomever. Kevin took the time to help me setup, navigate and educate me on everything. I was up and running immediately. He answered all my questions and was very patient. Kevin exudes outstanding Customer Service. This is very important when shopping around and using certain apps.

I've been using ship station for over 6 months and I couldn't be happier. They make my life so much easier. Before ShipStation, I was literally printing postage from the USPS website, copy and pasting addresses one by one. ShipStation has always been accurate and a solid platform. If you're not using this app, you're simply not living.

Signing up with ShipStation was the second best decision we've made for our online store (with Shopify being #1). ShipStation makes shipping so much easier and faster. No more need to juggle between UPS WorldShip, FedEx.com, and Edicia, just to print labels. Now we can enter in an address and see all the rates from each shipping provider and pick the best option for each package. ShipStation also puts all the tracking number in for us automatically, which saves a ton of time. We're extremely satisfied with ShipStation, and we're always excited to see new features added.

Lots of support, lots of options. Needs a few more small additions to make it seamless with Shopify, but overall we are happy with the product.

We're been using Shipstation since day 1. Very straightforward, saves us a ton of time and money :)

Update 2/3/16 - It's been about a year and a half since using Shipstation. It is by far the best on the market due to its frequent feature updates, customer service and intuitive interface. GET SHIP DONE :) --2013-- Shipstation has helped my Beer Art business,"Craft Beerd" in the following ways: - Efficient order tracking - Discounted postage - Batch processing of mailing labels - Stat tracking of popular items, etc - filtering products to view for a specific reason So far so good! *UPDATE JAN 2016 #2* A rep from shipstation called our business to discuss features they are working on. Sounds promising. ***** *UPDATE JAN 2016* In 2012, Shipstation was cutting edge. I think they stopped working on major features in 2014. Now looking at alternatives. If you run a small business and need a pure shipping solution, shipstation is still a winner. If you need expanded functionality (barcodes, inventory management, etc), look elsewhere *********** AUG2012 review: Good product. Much better features than the other option on shopify. Def still some bugs though, especially in the automation rules... however, support has been responsive.

This app makes the whole shipping process super simple! Absolutely love this app!

ShipStation is hands down the best shipping service we have ever used! The easy to use interface makes the whole shipping process a breeze! Great Service and overall a great app!

ShipStation saves us hours of work! For us it easily: - prints labels in batches, 100s at a time ( we used to do it 1 by 1!!, so annoying to do and takes up so much time) -sends tracking info to customer then sends off confirmation when it's delivered. -fulfills the orders automatically in Shopify -gives us a live rate from our Fedex account, so we know how much it costs without checking on the Fedex site -now it also gives us the transit time ( new feature!) -it allows the use of colored tags which is amazing for organization + so much more. ..they've added a bunch of new things since we starting using it 4 months ago. I'm extremely happy with ShipStation overall. I wish I didn't have to jump through hoops to have my scale recognized every time, but other than that, it's an amazing service. Printing out FedEx labels on my Dymo XL is one of my favorite features.

We've been using ShipStation for a couple of years now. We LOVE it! It makes our lives so much easier! We sell on several platforms and ShipStation helps us from having to bounce from place to place just to ship each order. It's super easy, cloud based, and priced well. What more could you want?

Best Shipping company we have used. Combines all of our sales channels into one easy to use shipping station. No more switching from one program to another for different websites.

September 9, 2015: WOW! What a difference a few months makes! So we had tried Shipstation before to have as a backup to our other shipping software (see original review below). It didn't work for us then but it works great now! Now our other shipping software is not working and we decided to see if Shipstation had fixed it's issues and boy is this good software. We immediately switched all our shippers to Shipstation. We love it and it saved us when we needed it the most. THANK YOU SHIPSTATION FOR TAKING OUR EXPERIENCE INTO CONSIDERATION AND FIXING YOUR SOFTWARE!! =) April 27, 2015: The software looks very nice and sleek, and the customer service people are nice. I am very sure this company is comprised of lovely people so please understand this review is only about the functionality of the service/website. Where this website/service fails is if you are a volume seller. For example, if you have a large sale where you get 10s of thousands of orders at the same time, the software LITERALLY cannot find any order you look up to ship because naturally those orders will be "pending" shipping. A customer service rep at Shipstation confirmed this is a known issue with them and said they will "suggest" this be fixed. So I have to uninstall this app. If you have the potential sell 5K, 10K, 20K, 30K, 40K etc. orders at the same time this shipping service is not for you.

Amazing app its extremely useful glitch free and fast. Love that it integrates with everything out there Most useful thing is the Shipstation connect app that runs on a computer or server and overcomes any printer issues and compatibility . using the dymo 4xl shipping is fun and fast. Automation is pretty neat too

We've used Shipstation for over a year and it's hands down the best stand alone shipping application. Just about everything that needs to be done, ShipStation is able to do. Automated returns and split orders are both live savers, are are batch processing. Definitely a good investment.

Big fan of ShipStation. It integrates easily with everything we need (Shopify, Stitch Labs, Printer, etc) and can be customized to automate specific package details if you want it to. The reports it can run are super helpful such as easily comparing the shipping we're charging customers vs. our actual shipping costs. Also appreciate that it gives us access to commercial shipping rates on USPS. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect! I've been shipping for 10 years and have used every app. This is by far the best in all aspects. Most of them are made for just a few orders a day, or are far too complicated for the average web store. This one is easy to learn, fast, and has an excellent dashboard. Nothing else that I've used comes close. Great!
