Easy to use! Customer service has been responsive and very helpful with our needs. We recently upgraded our plan and are enjoying the new features available to us.

The help team is super supportive and helpful, even when I'm not sure the right question to ask. Highly recommend, and I'm grateful to all of them.

App is functional, support is friendly and helps us in any question to build a loyalty system for our clients. Would be nice to have a whatsapp integration as well, hope this option will be available in future.

So far so good. Still setting up the app but haven't had too many issues. John from support was helpful and prompt in replying.

A great user friendly app to get your loyalty program off the ground. There are a number of video tutorials available on their YouTube channel that I found very helpful when learning how to make our flows. Eddie on the support team was a rock star and was super helpful and attentive!

Eddie was quick to help me set up a test for the app. Thanks again for your help and support. I am still testing it.

I spoke to various members of the support team over at Rise.ai to ask for assistance in setting up some minor customisations to the CTA on my gift card product page, as well as helping to display the Rewards widget only on specific pages (as it was obscuring some details on my cart pages). Eddie and the team were really helpful supplying the exact code snippets required to implement my requests, and even logging into my store via a collaborator request to manually make the edits himself behind the scene. I can't thank Eddie and the team enough for their help and highly recommend the app!

Great customer service answered all my questions quickly. The agent was Eddie. So far RISE is very helpful for me because I need to issue store credit to past customers and this is a wonderful option instead of refunds.

This app has been really great for us. We use it to run our rewards program. Our previous rewards program was based on points and we had multiple customer contacts each week because it was overly confusing. The Rise program is really simple and straight forward and we've had great feedback from our customers. It was really easy to setup and we were able to simply import our existing customers into the Rise system. It looks great on our website and performs exactly as it should.

We were able to customize our Rewards & Loyalty program through custom-built Klaviyo flows and emails by speaking with the Support Team and having them walk us through the process of what we were envisioning. We were speaking with Eddie from the Support Team to prepare for the launch and also troubleshoot any issues in the beginning - we are so grateful for his expertise and timely responses as he was extremely knowledgeable on the Rise.ai integration with Klaviyo and Shopify to get us where we wanted to be. There is no replacement for this app. This has functionality that no other offering does. If you need store credit and gift cards to function in the online store and POS, this is the solution. Eddie solved an issue for me and made this even better!

I’ve had a great experience so far setting up the app! The gift cards are beautiful and look amazing in the store. But I’m most excited about the rewards program! There is lots of great guidance available on the Rise site to help you set up, but when I can’t find the answer I’m looking for, the customer service team has been outstanding. They’ve kindly have helped me with all of my questions and worked through any issues. It does take a bit of time to set up, but the level of detail and customization is well worth it. I can’t wait to share this rewards program with my customers!
