Faizan was a great help in understanding my webgility application. Webgility is very easy to use and link between our POS and shopify.

This app is helping me sync my inventory in Quick Books to Shopify, and post orders from Shopify to Quick Books. I really appreciated the onboarding sessions to help me understand how the app works.

We had a great experience getting this setup and seeing the sync happen in real time. The implementation was easy thanks to their Onboarding experience. Expect 2-3 hours of calls to get setup and onboarded. It will make life easier.

Webgility app has made transferring Shopify transactions to QuickBooks Desktop so easy, and has saved hours on manual data entry so I can spend more time focusing on the business. This is a highly recommended app. Kshitij Tiwari was amazing to help me from the initial set up to finished. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, patience and understood my company needs. Onboarding with Fazian was terrific, he was very thorough in walking my team thru integration and setup. I often had many questions and he would address each before continuing on. I do expect I will need his or tech support going forward BUT the basic fundamentals are in place.

Once everything was set up, the syncing process seems to be running smoothly. The onboarding support and technical support has been stellar. We have not had a single issue that couldn't be corrected. We look forward to setting up automation, which should cut down manual tasks a great deal. We're excited to use this application! Webgility is an app that helps consolidate information and organize it in a way that makes it manageable to do accounting and inventory tracking. That being said we did not forsee the learning curve or time that was needed to implement this software. Be prepared to invest some time to get this software up and running correctly. The implementation team was a great help but sometimes support and the development team seem like they don't know the answer to our questions. The good news is they are very responsive and will work with you directly to resolve the issue at hand.

Hmanshu fixed the shipping and reporting issues. Webgility was not reporting to Quickbooks but now it works perfectly. Thank you!

The setup process was very professional and thorough. The combination of hands-on training as well as configuration settings allowed to see the effects of each of the configuration parameter on the QB reports. I highly recommend Webgility and their care to customer service.

This app is what I need to improve work flow and sales. The implementation has been easy thanks to FZ. The inventor sync is awesome and the QuickBooks integration will be the biggest time saver for not only filling orders but also for my accountant.

Very easy setup and great addition to the Quickbooks applications. Great way to have a single source of truth business model.

I use Webgility daily to view and manage errors & also mapping products. We started a case on 9/21 # 000206725 - order did not synce . The rep , was very nice and did assist with solving the problem. Only issue is the timing our case was not resolved until 9/27. Please note the rep that assisted me had nothing to do with the delay in solving the problem. I would request Kanishk Sahu for future calls he was great ! very easy to work with .
