Haven't launched my store yet but the app is intuitive and easy to set up. Looking forward to customer conversions when I launch the store!

The app was easy to set up and has been performing well for us. We have certainly seen an uptick in email signups and conversions directly from those signups. Definitely a solid app and worth checking out.

Collects email opt ins at 17% over the last 3 months. Sam on the team is hugely helpful. Spinning wheels get a mixed reaction in the ecom community but are definitely valuable

This app looks and works really well and it increases sales - a no-brainier. Plus the support is second to none.

Everything works perfectly. When I had a problem they fixed it. The only reason I gave it a 4 and not 5 is because of the performance of my wheelio. Everyone is doing amazing while I'm doing like crap. I edited the appearance to match the feel of my website but when it popped up on my customers they left.

Really nice app. It has collected a lot of fresh leads for me. It is easy to setup - and I have tested a lot of different wheel of fortune and other gamification apps on the Shopify App Store, and this is the best! Their support is really great. Thanks for this great app!

Good app for collecting emails, but the support was very helpful and I recommend this app to myself and my other stores I run/manage so Im recommending it to you who are reading these emails.

Had a slight issue with a newsletter pop-up , quickly resolved with the speedy assistance of Sam. All running smoothly now.

In the three years that I have had Wheelio, we have collected 54,106 emails resulting in tens of thousands of dollars of sales. For us, 11% of everyone who has ever seen the Wheelio pop up gives us their email! Even more important is the fact that you can connect Wheelio to your email marketer, FB Messenger, and even SMS marketing. If all you have is simple pop up collecting emails on your site, you are missing out. I've literally had customers respond to my Welcome Series email (triggered by capturing the email from Wheelio) saying that the spin wheel was so addicting and why they purchased.

I like this app a lot. it helps me capture vital information on customers and also lets me capture information.

I would love to give 5 stars but the auto inject feature does not work and i've reached out to support twice with no response. I guess i can just use it without auto inject it's still cool. Edit: trying to leave a 3 star review it's not allowing me to and it seemingly wants me to delete the review? This is sketchy. still stuck inside the review portion can't leave a review.

I like how you can change colors to match with your site. It has been a nice addition. One of the new features doesn't work though. I enabled auto inject of coupon to checkout, but it didn't work at all. I would rate 5 stars if that worked.

Wheelio produces shadow.png sized at 1325x1331 in mobile that kills your page speed... Stay away if you want to make sales on your site....

I am not being able to change other text fields to my language so the experience is not complete for my customers. Not being able to collect messenger optins don't know why. But I like it

This app makes my website look good and i can collect emails in a cool way. Defo recommend this for all stores

Update: Wheelio, what you just said makes absolutely jack sense. You cannot just 'upload to an email service' without names and other information which WAS CAPTURED and NOT include in the CSV. After a year and a half of using Wheelio, I wanted to take all the emails collected, but turns out what they give you doesn't even work, you cannot import the contacts into Shopify. Trash app, really angry at this, over 2.5k emails gone in the wind.

I notice there are a few wheel templates, and I wonder if you can make more so we can use it more effectively.

Love this app!!! So cool. ONLY ISSUE...on mobile after a customer clicks to submit their email and spin the wheel, screen zooms slightly and stays that way after it disappears.

Great app. Really does help build a customer base. You can do a lot with an email address. Wheelie does a great job!

The application is a hoax. You can only use the Wheelio Messenger if you also get the Recart application of 29usd. They never clarify it from the beginning. OF those 29usd is the basics. then they charge you a% for sale. I think that Shopify should not let there be things where they cheat users.......
