I'm very disappointed on their worst service. Very very slow, they are not worth the money you pay.

I've been patient. At their request I deleted my first review and tried to work with them. Aside from their response time being an average of two days, the app just doesn't do what I need it to. If you are solely an online store, it may work for you. If you run both online and in person, don't even try this. BIG ISSUE When you sync orders to this app, it does not pull the discount DATA from an order. So many of my sellers are thinking their products sold at full price, and want me to pay them money I never earned. Support for the APP told me they don't do discounts, which is something I think should be made more clear before downloading -- as it makes it impossible to fully use with Shopify. The only way it will work is if your sellers upload everything through the APP -- and still, there is no discount feature. So now, at the end of the month, I'm going to have to go back and print and cross reference EVERY invoice and compile it for my sellers. Huge pain. This app has potential, if they provide better support, ACTUAL REPORTS, and the ability to show final sale price and details, and not just what the original price. We're configuring our store using this Multi-Vendor app. App works great so far and has tons of customization toggles for your unique needs. Most importantly, however, their customer service is outstanding. Whenever we had questions, Neha has been very responsive and helping. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to building a platform via Shopify.

The most comprehensive marketplace app I've come across. Its functionality is on a higher level than most big marketplaces who's names I cannot mention. I needed some customization done to the app which they did in record time and the customer support is absolutely outstanding. More than 150 emails sent between myself and Webkul and their responses is always very friendly and focused on answering my questions thoroughly. They even communicated with a 3rd party app developer on my behalf which is going beyond good support. I also believe that they offer different apps than the Multi vendor marketplace which I will check out at a later stage so have a look at webkul.com

In the description this App sounds like a Multi-Vendor dream, with literally everything you could wish for. Whoever, created this App did some excellent research. Unfortunately, that's where the positive feedback has to end because this application is not fit for purpose. It has a terrible product upload process. You can literally forget about uploading a CSV file. If you want to brave the headache, I would strongly suggest you don't let any of your Vendors near this application and you handle all of the upload yourself. Shopify need to introduce a compatible Market Place application.

It's sooooo slooooww. I've tried different browsers, doesn't help. It took me 15 minutes and a lot of patience to upload one product. And it also slows down all the website. This app seems to be in the app store for a couple of years, so developers could really invest this time and money they get into some improvement.

I enjoy using this app but the best thing hands down for me is the customer support that comes with it. Any time I need help with my store I feel confident that Webkul will be able to assist me and they have always been able to sort any issue. Recently I was trying to figure out my returns process on my site and Nitika at Webkul gave me very clear instructive help to do so. Couldn't recommend enough!

It sucks. It's so incredibly slow and confusing. Plenty of bugs. My vendors could not upload multiple images to products, only one or two and the rest just wouldn't take hold. Customer service is not that great. I'm leaving for Bold.

I'm re-evaluating this APP. Comparing to what Marketplace BOLD offered. The past week was pretty rough but after my recent complains on the review Multi Vendor Marketplace send a more professional staff "Pratik Kumar" and he solved most of the issue in less than 30mins. Comparing APP.. I like to use Shopify because in the long run for a staff like me.. Even company decided to fire you.. The company still under your partnership referral. Multi Vendor plenty of features and functions but the company is all based about profits. Even to get a client website to look standardized or sync with theme will have to pay the extra customizing charges. Which are adding a few CSS and creating DIV. Add to that we are paying you monthly fee for using your APP. When i can go to https://multimerch.com/pricing/ and pay a fix amount for a cheaper cost. Before you can even market your APP you're trying to rob your clients.. Good idea for marketing.. No wonder too many APP company out there never make it. Shopify is not some Envato, WP or Opencart platform. Shopify is for you earn as a APP building for long term. Monthly getting paid consistantly. Not a one time off fee and it's over. Do you think charging your clients just to get the client page to sync with the theme is adviceable? This is where you lose out.. I rather go Multimerc or Marketplace since they do everything for me to even help me with sync the theme together. Why? Because they want me to be their client for many years to come.

I found my experience with the Multi Vendor Marketplace to be awful. Uploads are slow to take root, and the standards of customer service are utterly repulsive. Ater waiting for extended periods of time to receive assistance and sending multiple requests, I was met with inattentive and distracted replies. Moreover, I have fielded complaints from my vendors about having to go through a completely distinct website with a peculiar web address to manage their accounts. I strongly advise you switch to the Multi Seller Marketplace, or the Marketplace by Bold, both of which offer a far superior standard of service, as well as more intuitive structures for managing vendors.

For me, for its price... This is the best multi vendor app so far on Shopify. Not just the app. The support [ Nitika Srivastava.] has been amazing in their swift responses and help anytime they are needed. One of the things that convinced me to use this app was seeing the reviews from other people using it, so I'm happy to add mine to this list. While I think the UI is hard to use and clunky, I can say that Nitika's support and help has helped overcome those troubles. Every confusion I have, I log a support ticket for, and she always comes back and helps me figure out how to solve the problem or answer my question. For this reason alone, I would recommend this app to others interested in creating their own marketplace. There will be a lot of learning along the way, but having someone like Nitika to help makes all the difference.

Great app. Support have been a great help as well. You may need a little bit of time to get around how it works, but once you're up and running it's a fantastic tool to start your own multi-vendor set up.

Sorry guys, I have to be honest on here as I believe a lot of those reviews are extremely misleading and just want to prepare anyone who is about to go down this path as I wish I had been before I started. (Interestingly, nearly all these reviews have been written by sites that are now out of business- I have little doubt to why and do wonder if many are real?) The app is poor and the functionality is low. For the price they charge, I feel ripped off every time I access it. Everything is very 'backwards'. & seems it was made 10 years ago and not updated since. Out of 27 vendors, 27 of them (yes, all of them) couldn't get into their vendor panels. These are people who have been using ecommerce solutions for many years, myself included. Unfortunately, you don't really have a choice to use them or not if you want to set up a marketplace on Shopify so don't not do it because of this (as I am) but do be ready for some serious frustrations and many 'WHAT THE HELL?!' moments. It seems like it was thrown together by someone who has never used etsy or seen a functioning marketplace, ticking off the basics with little regard to practicality and the people involved In using the app on both ends. The help is good, I guess but questions are answered in dribs and drabs. Its taken me half a dozen emails sometimes to answer 1 very easy question and instead of finding solutions, it seems its a 'take it or leave it' scenario. Never been so bewildered in my life. By the way- expect to pay $65 a month if you have anything to ship and for basic things that you'd expect to be included like -contact seller and social media icons, expect to pay another $10-$15 so in essence you're looking at around $1000 a year for a very basic marketplace that you and all your vendors will have huge problems with. The payment process is also not automated nor can you use Shopify payments (why, when the payment process isn't automated anyway??) so another 1% shopify fees and then 2% ON TOP of your regular 2.9% PayPal fees just to transfer the money to your vendors using mass pay. Very odd. When Stripe offers an automated solution for marketplaces, it seems odd that other options havent been explored to assist in usability for their customers. I am expecting to have to spend a lot on marketing so I can keep my vendors on board, given the struggles they are each having with using it so just be prepared. It does work- don't get me wrong, just be prepared for anything but a 5 star rated app so you're not incredibly stupefied the whole way through. Sorry Nikita, I do think you're doing your best, just think its time for an honest review on here.

I normally do not write reviews, especially bad reviews. The Multi-vendor app itself is not bad its pretty easy to use and all functions seem to work well. But the support is HORRIBLE i have tried contacting support through their Contact form inside their app about Urgent matters. I have a store doing big numbers and vendors doing big numbers. Some stuff was not working properly and i needed help with it and I've tried contacting them twice and still NOTHING back. I am thinking of switching apps. I purchased an add on as well and it is not working properly

Great service from Neha. Despite the fact that the language and time-zone barrier are at times challenging, the support team of this app always does their best to assist with any problems quickly and efficiently. They are also willing to do customization. I think a live chat option would be a very nice add-on for the support team.
