This app is the longest running app I have on my Shopify account. I don't use my web store nearly as much as I used to due to changing industries and occupations, but I still use it sporadically for some of my long-term customers. I successfully setup my Order Printer app years ago to reflect information provided by customers through Infinite Options, but I recently decided to start using Packing Slips instead of orders via Order Printer. I tried for 6+ hours this past Wednesday, 8/2/23, to insert code into my Packing Slip Template to reflect Infinite Options variables. It just didn't work...no matter what I tried! Obviously I forgot that the ShopPad website is/was a great source of info, HOWEVER today, 8/4/23, I emailed ShopPad's customer service team asking for help with what I was trying to do. Not only did I receive a link to accurate & working steps, but Emily F. replied to my request with said link within ONE MINUTE!!! BEYOND excellent customer service!! Thank you so much! Dee

Great app. Very versatile and useful. Customer support is super responsive and very helpful. We've been using this app for years across all of our stores.

Customer service is outstanding. I spent an entire day on chat with Annette and she was patient, efficient, and pretty funny (at the appropriate times). I had a big project to accomplish and we made it happen together. I couldn't have done it without her. Also, the app works very well lol!

Every product on my shop has a variant or multiple variants. This app is by far the most compatible and affordable option and consistently works for my brand. When I hit a hiccup there customer service is impeccable!

It great for adding options but collecting that data in a report requires an additional app making this app dumb.

This app worked great with my prior sub 2.0 theme. It stopped working after I upgraded to a 2.0 theme. Once I contacted support, they had it fixed within an hour. Super service!

This app helps me customize my products for each of my customer's individual needs and when I needed help re-installing their customer service team was a great help and fixed my issue quickly.

A few years ago I stumbled across Infinite Options via a googled shopify guru post. it seemed to do exactly what i needed it to do. Simple enough to paste the snippet in and i was up and running with offering my customers a way to personalize their place cards! brilliant. Now we are migrating to Shopify 2.0 and we noticed a cosmetic change that needed to be made that would make the form fields look better, so i reached out to ShopPad and had a great exchange with Emily. In a few hours she had a fix to my need. My page is now LITERALLY, and EXACTLY what i wanted... both in form and function! 10/10 for me. AND IT'S FREE!!!! cant ask for more. thank you Emily for your help.
