This app is great on the free version and if you need video reviews the paid plans are also so much worth it! The help team is incredible, I've received assistance with my shop's code from Yusuf, twice already, and both times he went above and beyond to make the review system work perfectly on my site.

Customer service from Yusuf with HelpfulCrowd is top-notch! This is probably the best customer service I've experienced with any app from Shopify. He helped me create email template promos, add summary widgets and product rating widgets. He also answered other various questions regarding the use of the app. He was very proactive, made contact and offered help at the perfect time. I get frustrated with some apps that require some coding because I'm not all that tech-savvy - he really helped to move the process along quickly and easily so I could integrate the app to my website. One of the best apps in the App store. 10/10 in terms of functionality, support and price. The other review apps cost much more and do a lot less. Helpful Crowd uses the same review framework as Amazon - so you get the best conversions on your site. Plus I had multiple customization requests and Yusuf took care of all of them within minutes of me sending an email My sales have already increased. UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE + BEST APP! If you're looking for the perfect review app, you're in the right place. This is not a forced review/bot review. EZ Citrus Juicer I have tried all of the reviews app on Shopify and they all have some issue to slow down your site or mess up your page. But then I found Helpfulcrowd's new app - Product Review App+Video. I tried it out, got stuck somewhere and reached out. What a surprise! Helpfulcrowd's help team was so amazing! Nice try but I found it to hard to set up, the widget never got installed on my Shopify store and the instructions given are for people that has coding knowledge. I managed to get the reviews online but the widgets was mission impossible. Devs tip: Shopify is full of people that has no idea about coding but knows about business, adapt your texts and help sections. You need a communications manager, not a developer writing these instructions.
