Such a great help. The platform is so convenient to use and quite easy to navigate around. If there is an error, you can easily contact their supports who is always there. We just migrated from Wix to Shopify and have been using Helpful Crowd for about two years. This team is amazing. Yusuf has always been so helpful. I have been using this app for a while to collect reviews. I moved my site from ecwid to shopify and I was ecstatic to find them here. Yusuf was fast and helpful in helping me cancel my ecwid subscription. The one thing that is constant with these guys is the exceptional and prompt customer service. If you're looking for a review APP, try them. You wont be disappointed.

Of all the apps I have added to enhance my Shopify website, this one has proven to be the most useful. The customer service is consistently very prompt and has ALWAYS resolved any issue I might be having. Yusuf helped me today, but every person I have dealt with provides the same high level of service! I have to manually import reviews from Etsy (my other shop), as Etsy "owns" any content on their platform. It takes some work, but this has worked great to build my Shopify website presence. Absolutely the BEST. The staff from HelfulCrowd Yusuf reached out to us first with the problem we were having and solved it quickly with perfection. He was really friendly too. Also the emails they send out to the customers are very easy to follow and only buy couple clicks the customers can write the review without visiting the website again. BEST BEST BEST.

You can easily upload your customer's review in one click. it also allows customers for Q&A. They always online to assist you and their Customer service is great, especially Yusuf.
