excellent App, easily to manage, the best chat messenger I ever had, easy to respond to customers, helps to engage with customers easily.

After trying other apps, I started with Chatra and I am really really satisfied. I am using the free plan, since for now fits my needs. Vlad helped me countless times to set at the best the app, with a great customer service. Surely when my business will grow, I will consider upgrading to another plan.

I think the app is great, super easy to handle and it looks very professional. Love that you can connect your work email to reply to clients too.

Chatra is very useful to see who is online and where from. You can speak to prospective customers and answer any queries they have about products. The Chatra team are always on hand to help out to assist you with any aspects of the set up and installation which is very easy also to do.

The app has a lot of nice features, also the best part for me is that it doesnt affect much in teh website loading time compare to tidio that I used before, the loading can still be improve though but it is the best so far.

I'm very satisfied with this app so far. I was looking for a free, simple, and easy to use chat app and I got more from Chatra. It can be used with free version, however, I like the features in the paid plan, I will switch it immediately after the trial version. Highly recommended.

It is a wonderful and helpful app. You can see in real time where your visitors come from and the page they are in, also if the cart is empty or not. I haven't been using the app for long - just a week but I really like it. I have to go with the free plan, so some of the best features are not included, but guess the free features are good enough to interact with customers and help the store sales and communications with potential customers.
