Seit 5 Monaten bekommt es der Anbieter nicht hin uns als Anwender zu unterstützen ein einziges Produkt auf Amazon zu listen. Wir wollten unsere Absatzwege auf diesen Kanal ausweiten und lediglich 10 Bestseller dort verkaufen. Es entstehen immer wieder neue Fehler, bei denen wir keine Unterstützung unterhalten. Mit jeglichen Anbietern bin ich immer sehr zufrieden, aber der Support dieses Anbieters ist katastrophal! Absolut nicht empfehlenswert!

I'm currently seeking assistance, but it seems I'm encountering some challenges. Despite diligently following all the required steps, my listings have yet to be published. This situation is becoming increasingly frustrating. I'm perplexed by the positive reviews this company has received for its support, as the individuals who have aided me so far have not proven to be very helpful. My primary goal is to get my listings online, and I'm puzzled as to why this process has proven to be more challenging than expected. This is a cry for help, please help me get my listing up!

I spent a fair bit of time when I first installed this app confused..until I was connected with Mannu from their support team. He was incredible. Every question I had he had an answer for, and was able to directly help me with my integration. Incredible customer support.

If i could leave 0 stars i would. Awful app full of errors. Support is so bad it is actually laughable. We had a fairly simple issue that needed resolving, and after 2 weeks of back and forth with multiple attempts from support to 'fix' the problem we gave it a go ourselves and managed to solve the problem. A warning, support seem to genuinely only be interested in gaining your Whatsapp details, and instead of offering support try to sell you their 'we can list your products for a fee' sales pitch. It's almost like they have set this app up with so many errors and problems you have to speak with them so they can try and sell you a fix. Anyway, after almost 3 weeks of trying to get products to list correctly without it crashing or bringing up random errors we have decided to look elsewhere. Shocking app and service.

The onboarding process can be challenging, specially if you manage a large catalog with tons of variants, as you will have to create detailed profiles to push the products, identify the preexisting ones to link them, it's not an easy task. But they provide support and are available to help when needed. That really makes the difference. When you set it right, it works like magic. Would always recommend, they are very professional and committed.

By far the best selling app for Amazon marketplace. It is strongly recommended if you want to expand your store beyond your website.

They will happily double charge you for any excess fees and not allow you to use the app for 24-48 hours while they investigate. Will update if we get a resolution.

Functionality is great but the customer service will knock your socks off! I tried a few things but I am not going anywhere else now. Looking into their other products as well.

I just started on the CedCommerce Amazon Channel after having experience with the Walmart link. It's been a learning curve with both sites since I am new to E Commerce and I am pleased so far with the support that I have received. I do wish there were more tutorials so I can watch and learn. However, the response time is quick and I am grateful for the help!

The team was very responsive and helped me with whatever issue I had. When they say they will get back to you, they keep their word. They are very knowledgable in their field.

I am super impressed with the level of attention and help I have received so far from these CEDCommerce employees. I just got off a google meet with Nupur and she spent at least 30 minutes walking me through step by step the compolex mapping process for getting my products up on Amazon. Super happy. Review of CedCommerce vs. Codisto After more than 7 months of moving from CedCommerce to Codisto and then back to CedCommerce, I understand the complexities when it comes to integrating very complex systems. While both platforms promise seamless integration, there are stark differences that became evident throughout the journey. Support: One of the vital aspects of any integration platform is its support team. Both CedCommerce and Codisto were commendable in this domain. However, CedCommerce had an edge when it came to their approach. They were prompt in their responses and exhibited a proactive approach by opting for meetings to resolve issues rather than resorting to lengthy email chains. Functionality: Our primary goal was to map Shopify attributes to Amazon attributes. Unfortunately, this is where Codisto fell short. We faced hurdles primarily when it came to mapping the Parent SKU (which doesn’t exist in Shopify) with the Child SKU (Variant SKU in Shopify). Codisto’s inherent system limitations meant we had to seek other apps as workaround solutions. This was cumbersome and not an efficient use of resources. CedCommerce, on the other hand, understood these intricacies and offered a solution that was both intuitive and effective. Overall Experience: After spending almost seven months trying to integrate our brand with Amazon via Codisto, the journey was exhausting. Thankfully, the transition to CedCommerce changed our narrative. Their agile response, combined with a robust platform that caters to specific needs, ensured that we were able to achieve our goals without unnecessary hassle. In conclusion, while both platforms have their strengths, CedCommerce stood out as a clear winner for our specific needs. If seamless integration, excellent customer support, and tailored solutions are what you're after, CedCommerce should undoubtedly be on your radar.

New information: After getting contact with the support again, our issure is resolved. Thank you for your help. Now I am able to give 5 Stars. Review from September: We have massive problems with the handling time the tool is communicating to amazon. Every time I try to reach the support, I get a new person who is not knowing about the issue. The problem is still there since weeks! No end in sight! Basic functions seems to work propperly but if you are a professional seller with different handling time for individual products for example, this took might not the right choice for you.
