WebBee makes it so easy to sync to our Amazon for seamless shipping for our own e-commerce customers! Their support team is quick to respond and resolve issues when they do rarely arise.

The app is very user-friendly and efficient. We will begin using it very soon. Prashant and his team were very helpful in assisting us with the setup process. Thanks to Amazon MCF by WebBee, I was able to connect my Shopify store with my Amazon listing. The app functions exactly as I anticipated. I must admit that the integration process wasn't initially straightforward, but thanks to the tremendous support from the team, we were able to resolve the issue swiftly. Seamless installation and set up of the app. No interruption to our site function or performance. Customer support was excellent and extremely helpful during onboarding, ensuring everything was set up correctly. Response time is instant. We just started using it, and will continue to monitor for any concerns.

The app works perfectly, but more than that the customer service / support from the WebBee team is the best weve encountered in over 20 years in ecommerce. They are on it. You always get a polite reply with questions answered very quickly, if not by return.

Works as inteded, but only with Amazon. You aare not able to connect it to eBay or Etsy the description states.

So quick in helping me link everything correctly. Straight and to the point with the BEST customer service and process with receiving the exact help I needed. :)

I really appreciate this apps ability to submit orders to Amazon.
