I like this app. It's easy to use by customers and very easy to setup by us.

Was worried about how I could handle returns but this seems to help out

Just starting out so I will comment again once I have actually get a chance to use it.

Store owners want to make creating a store as easy as possible and any automation tools are welcome. You also need to look professional and you also need to minimise the amount of effort it takes to run a store. Returns Center accomplishes all of those requirements. It's very easy to set up and, unbelievably, it's free.

It's very easy to set up and, unbelievably, it's free. It complements their other app, Aftership, very well. Afterships's support is excellent, contacted them twice, both replies within 24 hours and both times problems solved.

i believe Returns aftership app is the best app for returns. i couldn't have wished for any other returns app. five star

This APP is definitely helpful to get returns organized and also making sure our customers end up happy customers. It was very easy to set up and easy for me to understand it.

I really like this app so far. It was very easy to add to my store and best of all, it was free. I have very few returns, but this should make it easy for my customers when they do need to return something. It will also make it much easier for me as everything will automatically be attached to the order the return pertains to.

So far so good! It was super easy to set up and put a link directly on my website. I have no doubt that it will make my customer's life easier should they ever need to make a return. And best of all - its free!

Very easy app to work with. Simple workflow! Would have loved to have a customization option for the email that are sent to customer.

This is a nice app. You have a working returns center ready to offer to your clients.

I find it very important to have a Return app on the website. The Policy I already have is very clear, but this app makes it all become easier for customers when actually starting the return for a refund. I like it! Easy, Fast Paced, Email updates to customers! Great! Thank you!
