I am new to the business, and really looked for different options. but Zendrop has meet all my requirements, they got pretty fast support. so highly recommend it to anybody.

This app is an all in one solution for sourcing products, selling and shipping. Customer support is prompt and helpful in assisting at any time. I only gave it 4 stars due to i had some technical issues a couple times over billing through Shopify for this app and I'm unsure which was the problem so i suggest opening your account directly with Zendrop and billing through them and then just link your store to that account

I have found zendrop to be very easy to use. The support is excellent, always helpful. The fulfilment part of it is great too.

Zendrop is user friendly and loved how Michael help me import my first product. Took his time with me because I’m new to drop shipping and running a business. Even the e-com king on YouTube recommended zendrop to use for a supplier.

UPDATED: I cancelled the app and removed it from my store. Zendrop assured me I would NOT be charged but they have just charged me $49. Ordered and paid on 7th May 2022. Zendrop kept blaming USPS. Even on 13th May Zendrop were saying the item had been shipped. However today, 26th May USPS confirmed that Zendrop did not put the product up for shipping until 20th May. Not impressed, don't like dishonesty! They say 1-3 days processing, 13 in my case! This is not the case for me and some others on here. We rely on this information when informing customers as to when they will receive their order. I got an emails from them telling me not to sweat it and to be transparent with my customer - what transparent like they are listing out of stock products as being processed within 1-3 days? They give low priority to first time buyers I would suggest. I was told that once I purchase more, processing times may increase. Sorry, but if you are displaying a product, it should be ready to go, or is available to source. You can view product for free, but if you want to sell them you have to pay $49/month in app fees. Their shipping rates are higher than I have seen in suppliers who also charge no app fees. I wish I had looked closer at the reviews here before installing this app. I have now removed all ZenDrop products from my store.

The options Zendrop are giving are really helping out with my business. I use them as my main source of products! many varieties of shipping and styles! Mainly their support team is unbelievable!

I placed my first order on zendrop of the product I wanted to sell to test and make sure everything will go smoothly before I used zendrop to fill all of my customers orders. The expected time frame for transit states 10-15 days, along with 3 day processing time however it has now been going on 20 days with the product no where near the delivery address let alone the United States. There were no stated delays on the tracking either. I pay $49 a month to use zendrop for their faster shipping methods when they are the same as other dropshipping fulfillment apps that are free. ‍♀️

Zendrop has helped us greatly with product pricing, bundles, and branding. their portal and services helped us scale faster and better. Their unique options for creating bundles and boxes helped streamline subscriptions growth. Their knowledge is also vast from being in the ecom space and that helps a lot when we need some ideas. I also like that they continue to introduce new options and solutions for us to scale more.

Great customer service. The people that work here really care. I would definitely recommend this fulfillment app as they are great to work with and have fast shipping times!

Zendrop is a PHENOMENAL app for anyone looking for the best possible way to dropship on Shopify. I've been in the dropshipping game for over 5 years and have never had such a clean back-end of my store. My customers are receiving their products in about 6-11 business days with full tracking. My favorite part about Zendrop is the team they have built. Jonathan, Jessa, Maria, Joshua, and the whole team is always right there when you need them, whether that be for tracking updates or new product inquiries. The app interface is also so easy to use, and so easy to link to your Shopify store. Would HIGHLY recommend Zendrop to anyone who needs a reliable, affordable dropshipping supplier. Stop using Ali Express and use these guys!

Amazing service from Brad and Jared's team. This is the most transparent supplier we've ever had. We are crystal clear on each shipment process. If package were to be delayed, we are notified so we can be proactive and provide great customer service. If you want to build a brand, this is the supplier you need!

Zendrop makes the entire dropshipping process easy and seamless. The website is extremely user friendly and beyond that, the customer support is incredible. By far the best option for a dropshipping app to integrate with Shopify.

Next time please let your costumers know that you don't have the product in stock, and that the shipping times will be longer than your stated 10-15 days. If you don't communicate with us, how will I know the product is out of stock and will be delayed for possibly another month? Currently have 100+ orders to fulfill. Do better.

Really really easy to add products with Zendrop! (A lot of products!) Almost everything is automated, but you can still edit anything if you want to. And there is ALWAYS somebody to assist you if you have any question! Thank you, Zendrop!

The app is very good to use. I had issues with a payment and got it resolved in a timely and professional manner.

I use this app to find better alternatives to Aliexpress products and I love it and the support is amazing and responsive.
