It really help my online store noticed this season. App support team responded quickly on my queries. Although I need to reinstall due to the seasonality of my store. Looking forward to use this again next season.

i had an issue with their date selector design because was confusing, an unnecessary problem that could be avoided. anyway in the end staff was helpful and they sorted it, app is good and unique in its kind for shopify, a bit more effort from customer service would make things great. overall im satisfied with the app

Love this app, does exactly what i need it to do for my florist shop so people can choose delivery dates or instore pick up, The team at Zapiet have been amazing at fixing things when i changed my theme over to a new one

This app has been super helpful in allowing our client to add delivery/pick-up functionality to their site. The support team was responsive and chatted with us about some functionality needed to fit our site and get things running 100%. So far so good!

The app itself works pretty decently, but what I'm really giving 5 stars for is the swift, empathetic, and awesome team behind this app! They we're great with helping us out when our shop was having trouble with the programs. They're staff responded quickly to our inquiry, and was patient with us and our lack of knowledge. They fixed the issue without needing hardly any of our (precious) time and courteously notified us when the issue was resolved. The app itself has been used a handful of times by locals, especially those requesting they're items are giftwraped, which is awesome. We love this app during the holiday season!

I had been using Squarespace as my online store for a few years and got tired of not having the pick-up and delivery functionality I needed for our online flower shop. I did a little research into Shopify and found this Zapiet Store Pickup + Delivery app that could handle all the details we needed in our check out process. It was super easy to install and I was surprised at how precise you could get with delivery times and advance notice windows. I had a bit of a problem when I first launch the site but the support team was able to fix the problem pretty immediately. So far I'm a happy customer!

The support we received from Andy at Zapiet has been incredible. We're a start up company and wanted to give our customers the flexibility to select delivery dates and times for their meals to be delivered, as well as giving them the option to pick up their order from our premises. Sometimes, it can feel like your searching the Shopify app store for something that doesn't exist, but as an out of the box solution, it looks like we may have found exactly what we were after! No request was too big or small and Andy turned things around in a matter of hours for us meaning we can launch our store without a worry. Thank you again!

I had high hopes for this app, but it was really hacky around the main theme I was using. It would appear as a selection in the cart, but then open the cart again and you get "no local pickup available". If you move to checkout, the pickup address is put in the shipping address slots and is changeable by the customer. I felt this was going to be more problems than it's worth. Because my pickup windows are very limited and my products are simple, I decided to go with adding my pickups as product variations and not allow that verison of the item to be a physical item. It's a hack, but it's way more stable than Store Pickup + Delivery.

I used this app to offer in-store pickups. Unfortunately this app interfered with my "Envy" Theme and didn't allow my clients to click-through "place an order". In this time I occurred a lot of abandoned carts. I do believe this app works, however, it did not integrate with my theme and had no error message, i just backtracked to installing this app, then things went back to normal.

Great app, with out it my business wouldn't be posable. When ever I needed help or if there was an issue the Zapiet team was always responsive and helpful no matter what the issue is. Thank you guys, I look forward to staring my business.

The app appeared to be working, but then after numerous follow ups with support, I stopped getting answers or help to my questions. I felt as if the staff just gave up on me since my store's theme and code were more difficult than most. I've since reached out to have them help me remove some pieces of code from my site, after I removed the app, but still have yet to hear back. I did not want to resort to a negative review to get assistance, but I'm willing to reconsider my final star rating, should I receive the support I've been needing and requesting. This app is fantastic and the support is equally as fantastic! Support really helped with the big as well as small issues we had, and it looks great and very professional when customers use it to checkout. It is easily the best store pickup app available. Thank you guys for all of your help!

I cannot say enough good things about this APP! The support I have received is outstanding, and the cleaness and functionality of the App itself is second to none! Not only amazing App but amazing customer service! I needed an app like this for my store and couldn't have been happier with the outcome. The app is extremely user friendly and the staff and Zapiet are super helpful and nice. Sam helped me step by step with setting up the app and walking me step by step to understand everything that the app is capable of doing. This app is a must if you are looking to set up pick up and delivery for your items.

SP+D is working awesome for me. Whenever an issue was encountered a developer from Zapiet responded as soon as they could given the time difference from CA to Europe. And went into our site and fixed the issue ASAP. We have store pickup, local delivery, and nationwide shipping working flawlessly. Local delivery is feeding info to Deliv just fine. And this app works great with Zapier. When an order is placed, no matter the fulfillment type, SP+D sends all required data to our orders spreadsheet and Slack channel via Zapier. Yes it takes times and patience and know-how to make all this happen, but once it's done it all works like a Swiss watch. I highly recommend this app! A+

I really really wanted this app to work as described. Looks great on paper. We used this app for about 5 months. Unfortunately, Its buggy and an unreliable and I do not recommend it. Moreover, it has a large limitation which Zapiet do not mention up front. Because of the way it works, it does not easily allow the user to switch shipping methods after they proceeded to checkout. Shopify caches the method and the user is stuck with that shipping method until the cache resets. We were extremely patient with the Zapiet team to fix and address these issues but they just gave us an endless runaround. Very disappointed.

The app is doing exactly what it supposed to. We have plenty of customization we can make. Very versatile app. The support is very friendly and clear in their explanations.

Zapiet's Store Pickup + Delivery app has been crucial for our online business. On top of that, their support team has been nothing but helpful. They've gone above and beyond to make sure our site is working correctly in time for the holidays, even making time to schedule a phone call in spite of the 8 hour time difference. We can't say enough good things about this app and the team that makes it happen!

This is a great app. It's very well developed and allows us to offer in-store pickup for our customers. Plenty of customization, but the app remains clean and super easy to manage. Support is Fantastic. Every email\request has been answered timely and issues resolved and questions answered.

This app is fantastic! I was building a website for a client, and the Zapiet support team has been nothing short of amazing - we ran into a few small bumps, which the team remedied quickly. They explained the solutions in ways I could easily understand, and both Zapiet apps I'm using run perfectly with the site. Highly, highly recommed - I doubt there's a better looking app or more responsive support team out there! Plus my client is blown away by how simple it is to use! You won't regret this purchase.
