Have not really used yet. Just started, but customer service is amazing so I am sure I will love this app very much. Abbie was very attentive and helpful to me. She also has a cute sense of humor. If more companies had people like her, Customers would never complain, I'm sure.

The app is exceptionally easy to use and the customer service help is amazing. Really quick responses and Harleen was very helpful and brightened my day!

This app is very easy to use and Lance was amazing to work with. He removed the Rivo branding from my store in no time as well as answered all my questions I had. 10/10 would definitely recommend the app if you are looking for an efficent app and friendly customer service!

Download this app! Set up was very simple and easy and Harleen was able to help remove the branding for me in minutes.

Paul was very helpful and was very nice and he was quick to get in their and remove the branding from the app in my store and even complemented on one one of my products that I’m selling in my store and said he would give me a review on it after I asked him which was really sweet for him to do that for me Get customer service He even added me to the VIP and threw in some extra goodies for free so yeah it was a great experience and now I have a new follower on Instagram Thank you again Paul for your great services

Harleen in customer service was so helpful when I reached out. She was so personable and was able to answer all my questions. I just recently downloaded the app but so it works well. I was able to easily upload my old product reviews into the app.
