I have the free version of the app and they have AMAZING customer support. I wrote something in the chat box and got an answer within minutes. Incredible!!! The app itself is very simple to use and you can customize all colors and text which was great for my German store. It also has an email option to remind customers to rate the product, and an option to send out a discount code for a review. Great app. Totally recommend!

Love how the product reviews look on the products page. Glad it has automated follow up reviews on orders as well. Very easy to also add to my JSON-LD snippets. Bonus future feature would be allowing custom number of days to trigger review email.
