full transparency, i just started using Trendsi today. However it's clear that they have a great selection and beautiful layout that's simple to use.. Also important, my first experiences with customer support went great thanks to Charles and than Lorie. Thanks for the swift replies and answers to my questions.

Easy to set up and customer service is very helpful.

Product selection, order support and dropshipping are solid. Too often, however, I sell an item from their stock that was showing 1 available only to be notified later they don't have it. Support pretty much just says "Oh well, get over it". With their app, there's no way to set a Safety Stock or otherwise counter the inventory inaccuracy. Their app has few useful config options and locks you out of doing anything for inventory in Shopify. In general, they don't have any tech support for their app. The support team gives it their best shot but they're reading off a script. I can't keep selling items that aren't in stock, so I'm moving on.

My biggest regret!!! Do not get fooled by their 5-star reviews. Based on my experience, Trendsi is an inefficient dropshipping supplier. They do not ship products to customers on time. My customer ordered a bunch of products 18 days ago and they haven't received even a tracking number until today. When I reached out to their customer service, they said they would check the order status and let me know. They have no definite solution to my problem. They just say "We understand your concern and we are very sorry!!!" Well, that 'sorry' is not helping me, I need those products to be delivered to my customers on time. They have a strict and non-practical 5-day return policy made for customers but ironically they cannot stick to their 7 to 10-day delivery policy. Beware!! If you are in a dropshipping business, this supplier will hurt your business's reputation. I would suggest the newbies to read all the 1-star reviews and take their business elsewhere. Hence, save yourself from unnecessary headaches.

Working with Joel at Shopify was a delight, and I have nothing but positive things to say about the encounter. Joel went above and beyond to assist me, as I was finding it difficult to update my shipping profile on my own. His knowledge, tolerance, and unambiguous direction were invaluable, and I genuinely couldn't have succeeded without it. Such committed and informed assistance is uncommon, and Joel genuinely exemplifies what top-notch customer support ought to be. Joel, I sincerely appreciate your great help; you made the procedure easy and stress-free!

Trendsi is very user friendly and easy to use for beginners like me! I had trouble with the shipping when I was doing a test order on my site. The customer support responded in a timely manner. Anya helped me with my problems. She was very patient and nice. In the end, I was able to do a test order with the shipping rates! Thank you, Anya! This gives me an optimistic feeling about my brand and having Trendsi as my supplier!
