Thank you for the assistance. I downloaded the app but it seemed not woking in the first place but they helped me for the settings. Hopefully it can boost my business outside of my country.

I’m still experimenting this app, will review again later, but installation is not as simple as would be expected. Update: After a few chats with the support team, they provided me with thorough details on what need fix, as well as a quick response. So far I really like this app.

Fast automated (not perfect) translation. Really fast & helpful support! Their support team did solve my issue within a few hours. Although I would appreciate a bit more transparency what was actually done.

I used this app today and with Lynns expert help found it very useful.Without Lynns help I would of struggled but she was very helpful.

There are a few things to watch out for before getting this app. 1. You can't place the switcher wherever you want. This meant that, even though I'm a fully capable developer, I had to wait 2 days for them to place the switcher on my header since my "automatic" Venue theme installation was broken. Once completed, it was not well place and the font size was different to my other nav links. It was also incorrectly configured since I don't support different currencies. And as soon as I turned off the currency setting, it broke again. You are powerless here. If you're not tech savvy and don't mind waiting for support. You're good to go. 2. You can't turn off translations once they go off. Seriously. No backsies. We had 500+ products translated to Spanish all at once and there was no way of saying "hey, I actually don't want those, let's put those translations back to the default language and only keep the home page translations for Spanish" or "I actually only want these 10 products translated to Spanish, ignore the rest". Nope, you are done my friend. You see those 400,000 translations we've made? Yeah, now go one by one and correct the translation mistakes (Who has that kind of time?). So yeah, you got me. Keep your – as stated repeatedly – non-refundable $60 bucks, I'm out! Please beware. I think the reviewers here are not seeing how devastatingly awful this app can be as you scale your business, since most of their stores are so early-stage. If your business is serious about translations, this is NOT the app for you. Who is this app is for? If you have 1-10 products on your store and can afford fixing all the translations as soon as you "translate all products", this app is perfect for you.

Its really good the help center. Its easy and very fast. I seriously recommend it. I love this app!!

The app is very simple and is very utile for my website, but mostly the support is fantastic!!! They respond in a bit, and they resolve every problem!!

An automatic translator is not the best, but if you select the words well, you can get an acceptable translation in different languages

I used Transcy to translate the shop and it worked pretty well! although some translation were more of robot translation but it was very easy to edit!

I wish I could give -10 starts! I had the worst experience of my hole life with this app. 1) I installed it but obviously 2.000 words is not enough for a entire webpage 2) I tried to talk with CS and Andy let me waiting 1 hour to answer me 2 quick and simple questions about this the STARTER plan 3) I decided to buy it anyway... error... I've tried again... error.. I gave up! 4) I uninstalled the app 5) Surpriiiiiiise... I was charged twice! 6) I reinstalled the app, and surpriiiiiiise again: they were asking me to pay AGAIN. 3rd time! 7) I tried to talk AGAIN with Andy, and obviously he oriented me to pay again and then they will refund me (hope so)! 8) I payed and I started my translation... I thought 100.000 words were enough for my web. No, it's not! The translation got uncompleted. 9) THERE IS NO WAY TO UN-TRANSLATE SOME CONTENT AND RE-TRANSLATE YOUR WEB AGAIN. Once you translated something, even if you see you don't have more words and want to priorize another content, OBVIOUSLY they don't allow. YOU NEED TO UPGRADE your plan. Smart! 10) I uninstall the app and tried to reintall, AGAIN, to retranslate my page. Surpriiiiiiiiiiiiiise! They charged me again, because the app "don't memorize my previous payments" BUUUUUUT when I came back to dashboard........ is, the app memorised my last translation and I didn't have more words to use. UPGRADE OR UPGRADE! It's surreal, unbelievable, I will do advertising against this app until the last day of my life.

Truly amazing app and outstanding support team, especially Anna, she's been so kind, responsive and talented. She helped me get the language selector where I wanted, and they have been so professional and responsive. The app functions flawlessly and the translation is professional

The app is a great translation tool, but above all the support team (we have been dealing with Anna who is amazing) is super helpful. Great app ,good and fast support! It also translated front-end app content which our old translation app did not manage to translate. I recommend it.

This app clearly exceeds my expectations. It's doesn't impact your website's performances (in terms of speed) and the translations are very accurate even for local words. And the customer support is available 24/7, and always gives the answers in record time! In my opinion, Transcy is really a must-have for any international Shopify shop.

Great app which makes translating an easy task. Amazing support too: Reached out to them for some assistance with convert currency and they went above and beyond to help me out.

Thanks a lot to Anna, she help a lot. Now everything work great. This app was better for my shop, because I need to translate multiple languages, convert currency and most important I can edit some automatic translating mistakes. Good luck!

App works great. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the machine translations.Changing the translations manually works okay .Hopefully the development team will continue their work on it, but it's certainly doable already. Customer service is absolutely brilliant. Quick response to questions, and they even fiddle with the code in Shopify for you to give you exactly what you want (thanks again Anna).

Anna is the Hero off the day! Her help was fantastic and so easy to follow, that she solved all my problems within the shortest amount of time and finally I can translate my shop! I am very thankful!!!

Great translation app, I ran into a problem during set up because of my own fault but the developer was quick and efficient to help me fix the problem.
