Since we bought and paid this app for our site. I have panic attack every week... On one side, I'm super grateful that they can respond my questions during working hour in the u.s. time and they are trying their best to help me. but on the other side... This app constantly has problems and I spend so much time talking to the custom service person on a daily basis. I have other jobs to be done... It's really stressful that I have to worry and make sure noting going wrong every second...

The most important thing about this app is the fact that they are really helpful with customer support (just consider it's a different time zone). Seri has always guided me through the obstacles that came up. Thanks! Everything is working really well.

Customer service is not as claimed "24/7". The person that was appointed to us was not very professional when communicating with clients (e.g. We were requested to delete a review that they did not like after they have requested us to write one) The app has a lot of bugs and flaws when translating the website (There were many instances where we had to address the issues with the technical support team and they had to fix it "Manually"). On several occasions, There were requested changes claimed to be "impossible" to be done. The User interface is not friendly at all when editing translations (good luck in finding the word needed to be edited when the search bar is not working)

App is very easy to install and use and The user support is very good. Some featured aren't available in free version which has to be purchased

Very useful app. The language translation is really effective. And you can modify the automatic translation to adapt it as you want. Converting currency is pretty easy to settle. I also enjoy the customer support reactivity, they sent me a message to alert me about a problem with the installation and offered their help (thanks Lisa !)

Get to switch the language and currency at the same time so the website will not look messy. Moreover, 24hr customer support is helpful enough to get instant assistance (the customer support - Mr. Andy was helpful!)
