Excellent support !!! Working exactly as mentioned

Had some hiccups getting it setup. Initially support was unavailable, but eventually got in touch with us. We had made an error in the setup, and they were able to find it. Better documentation, and error reporting to us beyond "file failed" would have made this a 5 star app.

So far so good. A shame it isn't bundled with uptracker as one works better with the other.

After some setup issues the team was able to help and now it works smoothly. A little help section would be cool but well. The functionality is good and flexible.

Really nice app! Feature request: Unfortunately it will not fit our needs, because it seems that it cannot generate multiple CSVs based on different entries. Example: generate one CSV vor each country. It would also be great if you can select values from all columns via "Extra filters", only the product vendor column is currently supported. There should also be more than one export preset for one CSV - but that's already on the developer's roadmap ("support multiple sources") :) I'm considering to use this app in the future.

Great app! we needed to export our order to our logistic platform through FTP, it works perfectly fine. The team is very reactive as we had to add an option (select "," or ";" for csv export), it was done in the 24h, great job :-)
