This is a good app, it integrates well and its easy to set the store perimeters. The developer has great customer service. Almost uninstalled this due to an error we made and thought the app wasn't working. The developer took the time to follow-up, fix the error and reinstall the app for us. Very much worth the $11 a month. Great app!

App works great and the developer was awesome to work with when I had some design changes I needed made. Highly recommend.

We wanted to have multiple pickup locations, so this app was perfect! Some other apps were MUCH more expensive. I've been SO impressed with the developer's help when we had a few glitches (NOT directly related to this app, but more of a result of other apps!) Constantin was INCREDIBLY helpful and responsive!

I use this app to run my bakery. We have a brick and mortar but we don't deliver just yet, and it's a great way to get pre-orders in and let customers choose their pick up dates and times. Also the black-out date feature is awesome because we can choose when customers can and can't pick up. I used a different app before and had issues, but this one is so much easier to work with and works seamlessly with my shop. Constantin, the developer, is great at answering any questions and prompt to reply. Great work!

At the moment, we only offer in store pickup and the Store Pickup has been a helpful solution to make it clear to customers that all purchases have to be picked up in store. The customers service has been so helpful. We've been able to customize the app to suit our needs perfectly!

This is the perfect solution for stores that do not ship some or all of their items. We are in the furniture business and do not ship, we need items picked up from our brick and mortar locations. No matter how it is set in Shopify, it shows shipping FREE. This app completely resolves the issue and we have it set where customers have to enter the day they are picking up & their info. THIS APP HAS CHANGED MY BUSINESS INSTANTLY. I HAVE TWO LOCATIONS IN TWO MAJOR CITIES AND WAS NEEDING PICKUP IN STORE FOR UNIQUE PRODUCTS IN BOTH PLACES!!! Works perfect and the help department is fantastic. I had another app that was TRASH and this one is the total opposite. Thanks soooooo much

We've used this app now for almost a year and never had a single issue. Recently we went through a web redesign which left the instore pickup button not as visible as it once was. I emailed the devs and withing 5 minute they emailed back, wen't onto my store and updated the colour and positioning of the button to make it stand out again! Absolutely amazing service from the devs and i would 100% recommend!

I just started using this app, it was very easy to install and setup. I hit a snag with another app that was interfering with this one but the developer responded back to my support request and fixed the issue in a matter of minutes! Truly responsive, easy to use, and great support!

This app has been awesome! Our local customers love the store pickup option. It is very easy to install and get going. We needed a few changes made and Constantin responded to my email almost immediately. That level of customer service paired with this app is well worth it. This app is fantastic. It's easy to set up and customize and the support is absolutely the best I've ever received. Support customized this to meet our company's unique needs, enabling us to add this to POS and specifying which emails go out to which customers. This app has saved us so much time and money. I find shopify very lacking as a platform and will likely dump it when i have time. This app has at least helped fill in for the lack of local pick up option with shopify native programming. There's new features to allow more control with settings by days and times. Constantine is working on another new feature to allow minimum thresholds by dollar amount for store pickup (I have multiple stores I drive to.) He's awesome to work with and responds to questions very quickly. Highly recommended if you need a local pick up option for your website.

I needed the ability to offer local delivery. This app came close to doing what I needed. However there were a couple issues. So, that is the reason I am writing this review, something I normally don't do. In this case however, the customer service from Constantin (the developer) and his desire to provide world class service blew me away. In short, he ask questions to understand my need and then made it the perfect app. What else is there to say!

Great app! Small hiccup at checkout but their support department took care of it right away! Love it

We are running 20 stores and the app is great. The developer is really available and was able to adjust any problems we have encountered during installation and after. He even added some a functionality that was lacking. I strongly recommend.

I've been looking for In-store Pick Up App for a long time. This one is perfect! Intuitive, easy to install, and works with like a charm. It's a must-have if you have lots of local customers. I had some issues with the PICKUP button not being in the right place. I wrote a message and they responded right away. Constantin was the person who helped me out. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He fixed everything I asked for in a very short amount of time. I can't be happier with this app and the support they provide. It's worth every penny. I highly recommend it!

Excellent App. Really like that you can offer specific collection window times, that can change from day to day depending on your opening times. The service is amazing, very responsive. Constantin, the developer cannot do enough to help you.
