I hate to do this. The app itself is great, but support is one of the worst I've experienced with Shopify apps so far. Answers to basic questions take days, if not weeks to even be aknowledged. I think I even had an issue where I did not get a reply at all. I've used this app for a while and it has always been like that, so it looks like they simply don't care. For any Shopify app, this would be a very bad look. For an app that controls a key function - the Shopify cart - which always causes issues and is obviously essential, it's simply unacceptable and impossible to work with. I recommend you look elsewhere, which is what I will do.

Best Add to Cart App in shopify. I installed this app already on 10 stores and the conversion rate is increasing drastically. So many features! And customer service is incredible. I can highly recommend this app!

Very helpfull app, good way to increase AOV & put directly the coupon code in the preview very good point ! Customer service are aware of the returns too, that's an important point. Could be improve by more custom options parameters, and by leaner ux but we recommand !! Thanks

I've used this app for a while and really like it. There is a lot of functionality built in, lots of customization options, and the team has always responded quickly when I've had questions.

This app is truly THE BEST SLIDER CART APP on the market !!! It's FULLY customisable , you can put amazing upsells that look sleek , add payment badges , cart goal and many more settings that i love ! My AOV has been boosted significantly thanks to this app. I had some trouble at one point configuring some settings but support replied to me in less than 1 day ! Not only that , you can also put coupon code in the slider cart section too so customers dont have to do that at checkout which can cause significant drop ofs. 10/10 recommend !!

Really easy to install and set-up! I reached out to the developer's to get some assistance customising the app for our store, and they had it done within the hour!

Ran into a few issues when launching the app initially, but support quickly fixed the issues and the app now working well. So far so good.

I have tried many different cart draws but there is nothing like Slide Cart Drawer. It works seamlessly with my stores is easy to configure and has so many great option settings for appearance and upsell in cart. Works excellent on desktop and mobile and would highly recommend the app to anyone serious out delivering a smooth and trustworthy cart and checkout experience for their customers. GREAT APP-HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

J'utilise cette application depuis plusieurs mois mais je pense que je vais y changer, l'application et ses fonctionnalités sont bien mais le soucis c'est que l'application s'arrête de fonction et souvent on ne s'en rend pas compte ce qui fait qu'on se met des bâtons dans les roues tout seul si on a pas modifié le panier de notre thème de base. De plus quand je contacte le service d'assistance celui-ci prend plusieurs heures à me répondre. En clair c'est une application qui est bien mais qui présente beaucoup trop de bug pour qu'on puisse compter dessus par rapport à son importance.

Update: Finally got back to us and got everything fixed up and it seems good. Will keep this updated if there are any issues. --Very confused. Tried app and it was 1 day trial vs 5 days as listed. Which is fine we want to use the app anyway, the intial question response was quick. However, we got it set up and there are some bugs that should be easy for them to help fix. Reached out and no response over a couple of days. Hoping this review will help to make it right.

Nice app. The customers doesn't have to go on another page to see their cart. They can check their cart selection within the page. Save time for customers. a Must have for large stores. Good Customer Service to solve any issue you may have. We have been using the app for quite a long time and very satisfied.
