Buggy app and doesn't function well with most themes and there's no chat support.

Shogun is an awesome builder. With the limitations for drag and drop solutions within Shopify, this builder has been a saving grace!

Customer service was great and they responded quickly too. I had a question about the image sizes for my landing page and James not only explained in detail what my issue was and how to correct it, he also made a video showing me all of the steps that I needed in order for the images to show correctly on mobile and desktop. Customer service is a lost art. I'm glad that's not the case for this company. Thanks again for your help!

I have downloaded the free version as I want to start with just 1 landing page. I have to say it's not "that user friendly" however I had a Zoom session with Sweetan, a Shogun design team member, and he helped me loads with creating a great landing page and suggested lots of design things to make it stand out! Thanks for this, you really went above and beyond!

So far I love the shogun page builder! I can customize so much more easily than with Shopify. I've built some really beautiful pages. My FAVORITE part though is the support. I was having issues adding a custom font for several days, and the shogun team chatted with me and walked me through everything until we were finally able to get it to work. That made all the difference!

Great app, great support, we can do in a couple of hours without training, what some agencies would try to charge us £3000 of dev time to do.

Major shoutout to Rhys and Alex on the tech team who not only helped solved an issue I had, but creatively managed to find an easy solve. I was very lucky to receive help from an advisor named Sweetan who could not have been more helpful. He helped me with every query I had, even educating me on what he was doing. If I need any more pages for my website I'll be sure to sign up for a paid subscription with Shogun simply for the customer support - just brilliant!

This is an incredible app for several reasons. 1. The easiest to use that I've tried, drag and drop page builder. I've tried, pagefly and whatever else and it's no comparison. 2. The price is awesome for small business. The tech stack you need adds up and these guys get it. 3. The support is next level. All the members are good but I have to mention Andre by name. He went back and forth with me by email over the span of 4 hours and turned my sales page from blah to DAMN. I love this app.

Love Shogun! It has really meant we can up our game in terms of page design, without using an agency. Top top. It is not EXTREMELY easy to use but it is doable, and their customer service is top top! I will continue using Shogun, and recommending it.

I love the flexibility that shogun offers when designing a site. It's just a deeper level of customization and expression than regular shopify themes. (To my knowledge) Easy to use. Well built for developing between mobile, tablet, laptop, desktop. Takes a little bit to learn how to do exactly what you want to do. I'm somewhat computer smart, and found this app intuitive and effective. Give it a try for sure.

We had an issue on our product pages and sweetan was amazing at helping sort the problem. They were a quick and reliable team :)

The app works really well generally, with lots of great easy-to-use functions. Customer service is excellent - James Power and his technical colleague Matt responded very quickly and professionally to identify and fix a small issue we had. Giving 4 stars because while I like the app and the service Shogun removed the store syncing function from new stores with the Measure plan ($99/month) meaning if we wanted to have this we would need to put our new store on the Advanced plan at $499/month!

I had a very odd issue with my site as I was building pages, and I was very concerned that all my work was going to be unusable. I contacted support and Lynsey was absolutely amazing, fixing the issue within 4 business days, and informing me of why it went wrong and what the process was to fix it.
