ShineOn, as a POD Company is pretty great (If you don't mind perforated, home-made looking message cards). However, the app in the app store is trash. After having issues with the app (and being directed to Shopify Support because the ShineOn support said it was a Shopify issue) I was told to uninstall and reinstall by Shopify's support. I uninstalled my "pinned" app. Trying to reinstall it... it wouldn't install at all. I kept getting the message "Whoops, something went wrong on our servers. Please go back and try the action again in a few minutes." When working with ShineOn support, I was directed to install it through their website... I have sort of reinstalled it. But it now makes me go through the annoying apps menu to get to the site. I cannot pin like before, as it's been installed as a third-party install. Overall - ShineOn is

This app is great and the customer service satisfaction is 100%, I had some problems with it but they helped me to fix my problem, they know how to understand a seller or merchant problem and troubleshoot according to it and will help you in anything wherever you face a problem, Ani is super helpful with it as she is the best customer service I have got so far the way she fixes the problem and do troubleshoot manually for you in the shopify store for you without having to worry is just simply amazing. I recommend this app a good rating.

Initially I had problems unlinking an old store and linking up a new one to my ShineOn account but support fixed it and I was able to link it. The integration of my products from ShineOn to Shopify is quick and accurate. Looking forward to many sales.

This APP is very clean, clear and very easy to set up. It's easy to create a new product and the instant sales page looks top notch and very professional. I'm just starting with SHINEON but I've been following them for over two years. I'm looking forward to growing my business and working with them. The comapny are very professional. They continue to grow, they have a huge following and they are very active on social media, which I like.

My only bitch is about when I have clicked on 'Create New', select the range of products and when I hover my mouse over the individual products, they go black so you have to move the mouse back off the image to see it. Very annoying. The products and service is excellent but I think a bigger range would help sales. Apart from this, all good.

First of all, the products are excellent and my customers love them. Most of all, ShineOn has the best customer service I have ever seen. And I don't mean the things-are-breaking-so-I'm-nice-to-you-while-I-fix-it, type of customer service. I mean the type that provides unparalleled support and resources to help you sell the product.

Amaaazing company to start your print on demand business! Lots of training and helpful staff to get you going and let's not forget the beautiful jewelry that goes with it!

I have used ShineOn for about 4 years (in multiple Shopify stores as well as their "platform"). The best part of selling ShineOn products is the perceived value - customers are almost universally very impressed with the quality of the jewelry. As well, ShineOn have been very responsive to market changes and to feedback from sellers, so they are constantly improving their product range and providing additional support to sellers. I am only sorry that they have decided to make their app public on the Shopify store - I would prefer less competition :)
