ALL I WANTED WAS A VIDEO TO INFORM ME AS TO WHY MY ARTWORK WAS NOT UPLOADING. (OR SOME SORT OF DIALOGUE BOX DROPPING DOWN TO TELL ME IT IS TOO SMALL / LARGE / WHATEVER. THERE ARE NO ACTUAL TRAINING VIDEOS AT ALL THAT GUIDE YOU THROUGH THE BASICS??

I found ShineOn while trying to start a home business. After researching, I loved the fact that the company is based in Tampa, Florida and that they do most of their production there. Having a distributor which is US-based is important to me. The wide variety of products, add-on selections, and customization service is excellent. After receiving a Sample Product Kit, I knew that I could use ShineOn products as products I believe in. Having seen the quality and craftsmanship firsthand, I am proud to be associated with such a fine, US-based company. The website is extensive and takes a while to go through. As I am self-taught, the numerous tutorials and videos have been very helpful. I have never had a bad experience using the Customer Service Live Chat. I will say that the Bot is not very helpful most of the time (at least for me). Some of the tutorials do not cover everything a newbie needs to know in order to properly set up the site and publish it. However, that is a small negative in the grand scheme of things. I look forward to building my business and hopefully supplementing my income.

I've been using ShineOn for a few weeks now and I love everything about them. Their support, their community, the quality of their products, the customer service... I love it all! Seriously!

so far it is going really good. Great products, awesome video content about products and helpful team members. I love Shine on!

I would recommend it to people just kind of having a slow go at the jump of a start there but I'm trying to get it done but I would definitely download it and send it to people again

difficult for a beginner

I really dislike that I can't see the back of the journal I'm creating. That's just odd to me.

I love the product, but when I add them to my store it shows sold out I did reach out to your company by chat, but they weren't able to help me, but I will still keep on trying to figure out why it's doing that.

Easily integrate with shopify store, awesome one-of-a kind products, and a community that provides support and training...what's not to like??

I love how easy it is to browse through the products and customize them for my store. I love that I can add them from Shine-On directly to my Shopify. I love that they show me what my cost is to have the order fulfilled as well as the sale price on my site, also showing me what my profit margin is. It helps me (on a budget) see and know how many sales on what I'm calling "starter products" I can handle so I can scale my new online business at a rate I can keep up with. Thank you! I also love how easy it is to navigate the site. I love how we can modify the personalized cards and I love how they still provide pre-done message cards for us. Me personally? The pre-done message cards are going to save me time and allow me to balance my time better with my very full time career. Thank you for making this easier than it seemed at the start!
