We implemented the app several months back and have noticed a reduction in exchanges and more satisfied customers completing the entire exchange online. We no longer do manual support for exchanges. Re:do is very responsive to any issue we have. Good people at Re:do, we pay the cost for our customers. Best of all now they now support UPS labels, we as have issues with USPS in our area.

Redo has changed our post purchase processes for the better. We were with Loop Returns for 3 years, but their system was complex and expensive and required a 12 month contract. Redo is better, no contract, and we have a far better customer experience. Redo now handles all of our returns, exchanges, warranties, shipping claims in one platform, rather than split between Returns platform, and claims platform, and customer service platform for warranties. With Redo, our customers issues get resolves twice as fast. The Redo Team was super helpful with implementation. Highly recommend the app.

The Re:do team stopped by our offices and were so pleasant to chat with. After hearing how the emphasis of the platform is to encourage exchanges & store credits and help keep revenue in the business, we quickly booked a call and started onboarding. The process was so super easy and every step of the way was met with excellent communication, even when we maybe had the same question more than once. We worked with Ian & Hannu and received timely responses and continue to have that same support if there are things we need to work through as sometimes weird situations come up with our customers.
